Our incredible 1 bedrooms apartment is located in the heart of JBR at the best residential tower (LA VIE), Enjoy your own private beach where you can swim, tan and enjoy all kinds of activities , restaurants and attractions. The building is perfectly located right onto Jumirah Beach Walk for an afternoon walk, a morning run or even sunset drinks.



The Space:

This beautifully furnished 1 bedroom apartment will make you feel like you are in a luxurious 5 star hotel. The apartment also comes with a parking for your car, access to the swimming pool Beach gymnasium. You can also benefit from the TV entertainment package if you just feel like relaxing at home.



The open plan living and dining area features a fully equipped open plan kitchen with a fridge, oven and stove. There is a comfortable dining table to seat 4 and the living area has a comfortable sofa, smart TV and lounge chairs. There is also a laundry cupboard and neat balcony.



The master bedroom uses a 180x200cm bed and a bathroom in the room.

Our kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need, with Nespresso machine, a toaster, kettle, serving plates, oven plates and a lot more.

We provide for you all amenities including fresh towels, clean linen, water, coffee, tea, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body cream and others.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the apartment, which includes a bedroom with a king-size bed, a full bathroom, and a living room with a sofa bed. They can also enjoy the building's amenities, such as two swimming pools (one for adults and one for children), a gym, sauna, steam rooms, and private beach access.

The Dubai Marina, with its stunning yachts and additional dining choices, is also a short walk or taxi ride away. You'll find everything you need for a memorable stay, right at your doorstep.



Getting Around:

Getting around is easy from our LA VIE apartment! Public transport options are readily available, with the nearest bus stop just a short walk away, connecting you to various destinations throughout Dubai. For those arriving by air, Dubai International Airport (DXB) is approximately a 30-minute drive, while Al Maktoum International Airport (DWC) is about a 45-minute drive. Taxis and ride-sharing services are also readily accessible. If you're driving, complimentary parking is provided within the building. This ensures convenient access to your apartment and allows you to explore the city at your own pace. From our location in JBR, you're perfectly positioned to enjoy the vibrant atmosphere and easy access to all that Dubai has to offer.



Other Things to Note:

Please note: Check-in is at 2:00 PM and check-out is by 12:00 PM (noon). We require a photocopy of all guests' passports and visas before check-in, and a check-in form must be signed upon arrival. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, with a fine of AED 500. Lost access cards will incur a fine of AED 500, and lost keys will result in a AED 200 fine. Enjoy your stay!
