The roof top pool was lovely ; it was a decent size & clean environment with sunbeds. I was the only one up there late afternoon. You can see the Burj Khalifa from it.

There is an Egyptian receptionist who was kind enough to help me with a question I had. Very sweet and welcoming. Do not clearly remember his name but its somewhere around Hatim or Hakeem. Great service overall.
