The facility at Grand Millennium Bay Dubai looks really nice and is well maintained. We arrived early around 9:00 AM after a nonstop 12 hour flight, but had to wait in the lobby until 12:00 PM to get our room because we were told the hotel was fully sold out, which was frustrating considering I made my reservation months in advance. The biggest downside was the bathroom layout, it’s an open glass design that goes from toilet to sink to shower, offering almost no privacy. Anyone staying in the room can see you using the bathroom or showering, which was especially uncomfortable when traveling with a 3 year old. On a positive note, room service and housekeeping were pleasant, and the cleaners were friendly and helpful. Overall, the hotel looks nice, but the long wait for the room and the poor bathroom layout took away from the experience.

We stayed for 11 nights and really loved our time here. House cleaning was excellent, buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of food, the gym was a great way to eork out, and the pool was lovely. The staff were very helpful and went out of their way to make out stay excellent.

Nice neighborhood with easy access to major attractions. Breakfast was super every day with variety of food. Staff was helpful. Only thing they are following strict rules. I missed my breakfast two days. Asked last minute if I could take something before the buffet closed but they didn’t allow.
