Thoughtfully designed studio room with lots to love. Spacious, great facilities, toiletries, TV. Hotel generally super welcoming and relaxing open vibes. Only slight down sides - not great sound proofing so could hear next door TV and futon-style mattress topper was pretty bumpy so not great sleep.

Amazing

It was amazing the staff were so friendly and even offered us an umbrella as it was raining. Lovely position directly opposite the tram and it had a really cool vibe. Will definitely stay again!

The room has many amenities and the staff were very helpful/friendly. The only feedback I would give is that it would be nice to provide cooking oil for guests wanting to cook but have a short stay. I had to purchase a whole bottle that I left in the hopes that they leave it for the next guest. Finally the door did malfunction briefly but the staff were quick to resolve it.

Robyn greeted me upon arrival. She was very bubbly and kind. Margot (I forgot to ask for the spelling) was the best. I arrived quite early and tired from my flight. I was expecting to pay a fee “if” my room was available. She charged me zero fee, and gave me my room key. As someone that just took a 7 hour red eye, I could’ve kissed her. I was not expecting that, and she was so gracious to give me that so effortlessly. The rest of the staff are top notch, too. I have no notes on a single issue, because there weren’t any. Laundry in the room was an amazing touch. Bed was so comfy. Shower was great and big. Everything was clean. It’s like they thought of everything and made your stay so much easier. I will always book here. The tram, eateries, and entertainment venue are steps away. 100/10. I loved it. So easy to get to/from the Airport.

The bed was very uncomfortable like sleeping in a bowl which caused my back much discomfort. I tried getting a mattress topper but they didn’t have one. I had to check out early because of no sleep and management refuse me to give a refund on the remaining 4 nights. Very disappointed!!

We loved having the Red Line right outside the door. It made moving about Dublin very easy and cheaper than taxi or other means. Having a Centra mart so close was really convenient for snacks to bring back to our room. The Hello Charlie onsite served up excellent morning coffee and treats! The staff were very friendly and helpful with this being our first trip to Ireland.
