I had a lovely week in downtown Dubuque. Check-in was easy. My 1st floor studio was comfortable, clean and safe. And while the combined bed/sitting area makes it a studio, it also has a large kitchen and nice bathroom. The bathroom has lots of open storage to keep your items within view and easily accessible, and the shower pressure was more than adequate for an older building. The unit is centrally located and within walking distance to any number of activities. I was easily able to navigate, going for long walks each day taking in beautiful, diverse neighborhoods, coffee shops, and restaurants. The property owner, Ken, was extremely responsive to my questions and/or requests. I will not hesitate to book this charming spot again.

The apartment was really cute, and right next door to a great brewery, Jubeck Brewing, and the Oolong Asian Cuisine restaurant. The only downside were the other units upstairs, being by the stairs and having people above you was noisy in the morning. Would absolutely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay. It was conveniently located to Galena and was within walking distance of great places to go in Dubuque. There is a local brewery just steps from the front door and the farmers market was an added bonus to our trip.
