Upea joen rannalla sijaitseva loma-asunto Dugspurissa, lähellä Hillsvillea, Virginiassa on avoin pohjaratkaisu, jossa on uudempi keittiö ja kodinkoneet, maalaismainen mökki sisustus, jossa on modernit mukavuudet, ja käärettävä ulkoterassi riippumatolla kahdelle ja toinen lemmikillesi!

Tässä suuressa 1500 neliömetrin kodissa on 3 makuuhuonetta, 2 kylpyhuonetta ja upeat näkymät. King-size-nukkuma-vuode antaa ensimmäisen kerroksen makuuhuoneen. Nukkuu jopa 8 henkilöä, kuningatar size -vuode toisessa makuuhuoneessa; kerrossängyt ja sohva vuoteella parvihuoneessa; ja seimi pienille. Lovely spot along the river

We stayed at this location due to my son participating in the New River Triathlon. The river and state park is a 30 minute drive, the town of Hillsville is 15 minutes and has whatever you need. The river is down a wooden staircase which has handles on both sides. My son and granddaughter did some tubing which was great! Would stay here again!

Great house

This is the best place to stay when visiting Hillsville! The house is clean, well equiped, secure, and comfortable. The owners are very accomodating before , during, and after your stay. I would give them more than 5 stars, if I could. I have already booked for next year !

The best!

Exceptional and incredible! We never wanted to leave! One of the most beautiful and relaxing places we’ve ever stayed. The house was perfect, everything you could need! Our dog love the doggie hammock and fenced in yard, so perfect when traveling with pets! We can’t wait to come back!

Nice mountain get-away place

Very nice place. The parking was ample and easy to load and unload the vehicle. The unit is thoughtfully stocked with just about everything you could need- the owners even left a discount card for the local supermarket. The house sits up above the river with a great view to the water and over the trees. The sound of the water can be heard on the deck and in the house, creating a really relaxing and stress free vibe. One of the things I really liked is that the range fan actually vents outside, so cooking is a breeze. The kitchen is well stocked with necessary pots, pans and tooling. The deck has both a covered portion and open areas. We were there in early spring, so the open areas for the sun were very welcome, but I can see how some relief from the summer sun would be nice, and it's thoughtfully prepared for comfort with a nice outdoor table set and a hammock. They even had outdoor pet beds for the quadrupeds. The furniture is comfy, and the place is decorated in a cute, kinda country, style. There is easy access to the blue ridge parkway and all it has to offer. The owners were responsive and accommodating. Overall, a very enjoyable place.

Fall Get Together

We loved the house. The children were thrilled with the toys and the loft set-up. The only thing wrong was Keurig coffee maker does not brew correctly. The other coffee maker works great. Had a great time… loved the country scenery.

Perfect stay!

We rented this home when we were in town for daughters wedding. The house was perfect for husband and myself downstairs, son, dil and 2 grandchildren upstairs. My 2 dogs loved the small fenced in area. Grandkids loved the river, games, toys and wild life. House had everything we needed. Beds comfortable, kitchen well stocked. Owners were wonderful to work with and extremely communicative. We will remember this house when we come back to visit daughter and new sil in Dugspur again. Thank you

Fantastic Getaway

We had such a peaceful few days. The house was spacious, clean and well stocked. We enjoyed walks, sitting by the creek, morning coffee on the deck and drives through the beautiful countryside.

Very nice and wellstocked home not allapreciated the inflatable beds. While the crrekside is lovely the many. Many stairs to get there will be a challenge for many. The driveway also is a challenge to exit onto a single lane road

Relaxing

My husband and I, along with our Jack Russell Terrier, Bishop, enjoyed a wonderful week relaxing creekside. Tubing down Big Reed Island Creek was a blast! And so relaxing. A wonderful neighbor, Brenda, drove us to a beachy area further down the creek so we could enjoy a 2 hour float. The stairs down to creek only look daunting- we didnt have a problem. The lawn area was perfect for badminton and cornhole. It's a wonderful place to relax. The neighborhood is perfect for walking, and it was a short ride into Hillsville for groceries and dining. There are several Farmers Markets, a cool Mercantile on Main Street and an excellent pizza place. The house was comfortable and offered all we needed for a relaxing, quiet vacation.

Amazing Vacation Home with Amazing Hosts

The property is impeccably maintained and you can tell that the hosts invest time and care into it. It is well appointed and would be the vacation home you would personally have as your own. The hosts were very responsive to all of our specific questions and made us feel very welcome. We hope to come back in the fall to enjoy the changing of the leaves. This property allowed us to spend a very important milestone, the graduation of our younger son from Va Tech, in a peaceful and enjoyable surrounding to celebrate this family event together . It is also very dog friendly as well and falling asleep to the sounds of rushing water below is an added bonus.

Wonderful Cabin

Didn’t get to go outside much due to the remnants of hurricane Ian coming through while we were there, but this cozy cabin made our family feel right at home the entire weekend. Very clean and nice amenities/supplies provided for the grownups and the games/toys for the kids were welcome entertainment/distractions for everyone. Highly recommend and will likely be back!

Just Amazing

I just can’t say enough about this rental. The home was so clean and had everything that we needed for our visit. Big plus that we were able to bring are fur babies with us and have a Frances in backyard for them Communication from the owners was Amazing.. The neighbors were so friendly and helpful. Exceptional experience at Creekside

Our family gathering involved 6 people and three generations. We were amazed that the varied spaces allowed quiet time for anyone who wanted a brief respite from the merriment. The wrap around deck was fabulous. We ate all meals at the deck table and spent many hours on the lovely swing. The girls, ages 4 and 7, took advantage of the large loft play area that was supplied with TONS of toys, coloring supplies, and books. More than enough bath linens, kitchen supplies, adult and kids DVDs, books and games added to our enjoyment. Communication with the owners went well beyond expectations. They responded to our many questions quickly and provided detailed information about the area that included driving directions, music venues, restaurants and things to do. The lovely sound of the creek rapids provided a constant zen experience, especially in the evening. We’ve stayed in many VRBO properties and this one was tops for our long weekend gathering.
