Beautiful hotel, room clean and comfortable. Bar quite expensive but close to the town center. Breakfast was a bit of a let down, came down at 9am, there was no bread, no croissants, no pastrys ,only sausages in the hot food section and nothing to put it in. Also breakfast area is very disjointed, with no flow Apart from that its a good hotel, i would recommend it..

Fantastic 2 night stay. Suite was comfortable and very clean. We had our little fur babies with us, receptionist had jars of dog treats. Air con in suite was great. Couldn’t recommend enough. Will definitely be back. Only issue was having to pay £14.95 to park in the hotel car park!

Quasi perfetto. Colazione buona e camere molto carine. Qualche piccolo dettaglio aveva bisogno di manutenzione, ma niente di che. Il parcheggio dell'Hotel (a pagamento) non ha molti posti e se volete trovare posto consiglio di arrivare nel primo pomeriggio. C'è vicino anche un parcheggio a pagamento "pubblico", con qualche posto in più.

Lovely stay with disappointing breakfast

Reception team were excellent; professional, helpful and friendly. Rooms were lovely and very clean and comfortable. The only negative was the breakfast - service not welcoming and felt like they were in a panic or didn’t know what to do? More staff to support in the dining room may help. The buffet was never stocked with full choice, and the ordered food (pancakes and poached eggs) took ages and was not great. There was a lack of clean cutlery and glasses and the vacated tables were left for ages before being cleaned for next customers so it was a messy environment I’d stay again but not book breakfast.

Excellent stay at this hotel. Ive had very mixed experiences with hotels over the years and this one has to be one of the best. Friendly helpful staff, clean and contemporary decorated rooms and public areas. The room was a small suite with a well equipped kitchen area, microwave, hotring,fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine etc. Spacious bedroom with a sofa. Large shower room/toilet. Lots of arty touches to give a nod to the buildings previous use as a mill. Very comfortable and 5 min walk from bus station and 10 min walk from train station and town centre, though you do have to pay for your car overnight and there is limited parking. Breakfast was included and was great with fresh hot and cold food buffet style. Would highly recommend this place and intend to use it if and when i return to Dundee.

Booked here for my daughters birthday. What an amazing place. The staff were excellent, couldn't do enough for you and were friendly, welcoming, going above and beyond to make your stay that little bit more special. We were on the 5th floor and wow wow wow, the room was absolutely beautiful, very spacious, modern and has everthing you could possibly need for your stay. We were given a complimentary drink tokens since it was the wee ones birthday, a nice touch and the bar staff were excellent, went out their way to make her a special mocktail for her birthday, very friendly. Breakfast had a nice selection, staff worked realy had to keep everything stocked up and nothing was ever a problem, should you require anything, certainly didn't go hungry. The only complaint we had, was that we didn't book longer, we will definitely return and book for longer next time, cant fault this place at all. Masive thanks to each and everyone of you x

Lovely stay

It was a lovely place to stay in a converted historic jute works. We enjoyed 3 days in a spacious apartment. Friendly and polite staff. When we arrived Wednesday they were holding a social night, including drinks and nibbles this was a pleasant surprise.
