Please Note: This unit is underneath another unit, and you may or may not hear them walking around.

Please Note: There are 27 stairs up to the condo where you'll be staying on the 1st floor which is on risers so it's more of a second story up in the trees.

The condo is 1059 square feet.

-One bedroom with a Queen bed and private bathroom
-One bedroom with a Queen bed and view of trees and occasional deer
-Guest Bathroom in the hallway serves entire condo and the second bedroom
-The kitchen is fully stocked


Please Note: This condo accommodates a maximum of 4 adults. The couch is not suitable for sleeping.

Please note that the space is not childproofed but children are welcome at your own discretion and personal responsibility.

There's a clubhouse very near by where you'll find a dry Sauna and an outdoor Hot Tub and Pool (seasonally) for your use.

Walk outside the condo and go around to the back of the building to the Powerline Trail system. The Power Line Trail connects to Raiders Ridge and the Horse Gulch trail system.

Fort Lewis college is across the street with more biking trails and hiking trails. 1 mile away you'll find Hillcrest Golf Course has tennis courts and an 18 hole course.

A short 4 minute drive to DNF (Durango Natural Foods CoOp) and about 5 minutes to downtown. You can also bike down the hill and have access to all of town easefully.

-Narrow Gauge Railroad station is less than 2 miles away.
-Purgatory 35 minutes
-Mesa Verde: 1 Hour 18 minutes
-Natural Grocers: 8 minutes
-Historic Downtown, restaurants, bars, shops, train station: 5 minutes
-Durango Hot Springs: 16 minutes
-6 minutes to the north east end of town also with coffee shops, restaurants, yoga studios
-Sweaty Buddha Yoga: 2 minutes

This condo is located up on the hill near the college and also has multiple points of access to be able to get to the north or south within the same time frame.

Please note: We do not have glade plug-ins or smelly things we clean with. Our ultimate goal is all natural products. Some guests do spray colognes or sprays but know your sheets and the air won't wreak with chemical smells from us cleaning. I value this greatly as a guest and like to provide this for my guests as a host. We also try to provide organic cotton sheets when available and a high quality duvet and cover.

We provide all natural shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your use.
