2700 neliöjalkaa, 4 makuuhuoneen, 2. 5 kylpyhuoneen asuntolamme on avointa tilaa ja vuoristomaisemat. Hotelli sijaitsee 10 mailia (hieman yli 10 minuuttia) keskustasta pohjoiseen ja 15 mailia (15 minuuttia) etelään Purgatoryn hiihtokeskuksesta. Paikka tarjoaa yksityisyyttä ja yksinäisyyttä, mutta on silti vain lyhyen ajomatkan päässä keskustasta sekä puhdistuksesta. Dalton Ranch -golfkenttä ja Trimble Hot Springs ovat alle 3 mailin päässä asunnosta.

Kodissa on upea ulkotila, jossa on BBQ-grilli ja näkymät Animas-joen laaksoon. Animas-laakso on allekirjoitusvuoristonäkymä Durangossa upeilla punaisilla kallioilla, jotka kehystävät mutkittelevaa Animas-jokea pastoraalien niittyjen ja Cottonwoodsin kautta. Kodin lähellä on käytettävissä myös ilmainen tenniskenttä ja koripallokenttä. Koti sijaitsee Ranch-osa-alueella, joka on yksi laakson halutuimmista asuinalueista. Se on kuuluisa paikallisesti rehevästä maisemoinnistaan ja vedenmuodoisuudestaan.

Peruutusehdot: Varaus vaaditaan 300 dollaria. Tämä 300 dollarin maksu suoritetaan erääntyvälle summalle ja se palautetaan vain 72 tunnin kuluessa varauksen tekemisestä. Jos saapumispäivä on 45 päivän sisällä varauksesta, vaaditaan koko maksu kokonaisuudessaan varauksen yhteydessä. Peruutukset tai muutokset, jotka johtavat lyhentyneeseen oleskeluun ja jotka tehdään 45 päivän kuluessa saapumispäivästä, menettävät koko varauksen summan, kun taas peruutukset, jotka tehtiin yli neljäkymmentäviisi (45) päivää ennen saapumistasi, menettävät vain 300 dollarin maksu suoritettu varauksen yhteydessä. Jos varaus on vähintään kolmekymmentä (30) yötä, yllä oleva peruutusehdot nousee kuusikymmentä (60) päivää ennen saapumista. Tarjoamme matkavakuutuksia.

Pysy kanssamme ja tarjoamme alennuksia sekä kesä- (koskenlaskuretket, kalastusretket, ratsastus jne.) Että talvella (suksien / lumilautojen vuokraus, rekiajelut, moottorikelkkaretket jne.).
Tämä loma-asunto sijaitsee kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta James Ranch. Majoituspaikka tarjoaa asiakkailleen esimerkiksi pyykinpesutilat. Loma-asunnossa tarjoaa asiakkaiden käyttöön muun muassa ilmaisen Wi-Fi-yhteyden ja keittiön.

Looking out the back & watching the cow, calf & sheepdog was a delight. We enjoyed walking through the beautiful, quiet neighborhood & seeing all the lakes and ponds. Thank you for helping to make our one-month vacation a pleasant, wonderful, carefree experience. We forgot a ring & the house cleaners were honest & Premier Vacations took care of mailing it to us. For that we're especially grateful!

The walking trails behind The Ranch provide a nice close location to walk each morning before we headed out. We were so disappointed that we had to leave early due to the Durango fires and will definitely plan on returning in the future. We also want to say we were very impressed with the yard maintenance person - very friendly and always working hard on the yard. Thank you to Premier Vacation Rentals for getting us into another location after the Mandatory Evacuation. The fires did not diminish our overall stay in either place - we love Durango and visiting the town, location and friends.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We came to the Ranch home with two families, totaling 3 children ranging from 9-15 and 4 adults. The house had plenty of room for all, including storage for our clothes and ski gear as well as room for everyone to stretch out, relax, and have both privacy and togetherness. The two living rooms were a big hit, and the large kitchen worked well for all the cooking. Plenty of pots, pans, utensils. We found the beds firm but comfortable, and there were plenty of blankets and pillows. The house got warm during the day, but the manager has provided fans, which is all we really needed. The back AND front yards are terrific for the kids to play, and the neighborhood is a nice place for evening walks. We are already considering coming back. Of note, PJ's market is very close and fantastic, as is the City Market (really just a Kroger) at the North edge of town. They had plenty of organic groceries for those of us who wanted it. I have to also note how easy Keith is to work with. I've rented several homes over the years for vacations. No one has been as responsive as Keith.

Wife and I had two friends come up and they not only enjoyed the house, but The Ranch subdivision is a little oasis. There is 550 noise, traffic.

Clean well maintained house in a great little development. House is between the ski mountain and town so its a good compromise if you want to getting some skiing in and spend some time in the great town of Durango. House itself was very comfortable, beds are comfortable, lots of sitting area.

It was spacious, clean and nicely kept. The floor plan allowed for grown ups to visit in the formal living area and the children to spend time in the TV. area. The beds were very comfortable and the master bedroom spa shower made for a special relaxing treat. The property management rep. had a quick response time to all my questions. Would definitely book this home again.
