2400 neliöjalkaa oleva asuinpaikkamme on rakennettu vuonna 2015 ja voitti People's Choice -kategorian Durango Homes Parade of Homes -tapahtumassa. Asuinrakennuksessa on 4 makuuhuonetta ja 4 kylpyhuonetta, ja se sijaitsee 5 mailin (9 minuutin) päässä Durangon keskustasta ja 33 mailin (40 minuutin) päässä Purgatory-hiihtoalueelta ja vain 5 minuutin päässä äskettäin avatusta Lake Nighthorse -järvestä.

Tämä koti on yksi Durangon alueen mukavimmista asuinalueista ja se sijaitsee 3. 6 hehtaarin alueella tarjoamalla yksityisyyttä ja yksinäisyyttä - kuitenkin vain muutaman minuutin päässä Durangon keskustasta ja 7200 metrin korkeudessa, kesällä aina viileämpi kuin keskustassa. Perfect for our family vacation

We loved staying here. We loved each room having its own bathroom. The kids loved the arcade game. The ping pong was a hit as well. We loved seeing the deer visiting the property. The closeness to town was also nice. Loved that there was lots of outdoor seating around the fire table and other areas of seating outside as well.

It was an amazing property

Everyone ( party of 7) enjoyed everything about the property. Plenty of beds as advertised, very clean well latex home. (2) negatives water softener system was quite noisy and lacked water pressure. Also for some odd reason I found 2 bugs in my bedroom downstairs. They might want to check that out!

Good location with dog

We liked that there was a lot of room for our dog to roam. The house itself is a little worn. The bedrooms are spacious but the living area for the number of people that could be accommodated was small. The management company was alternatively nice and unreachable.

The house was not as it appeared in the website. Neighborhood was sketchy with beware of dog sign at the entrance of property, old furnishings, mattresses and bedding. Not up to the standards we have experienced at other VRBO properties.

Wonderful family vacation

Spacious and comfortable home for our group of seven. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub, ping pong, and arcade games. Coffee in the morning on the patio was perfection! Plenty of comfortable seating for everyone. Bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and very comfortable. Only negative was the noisy plumbing that sounded like there was air in the pipes. We chose to drink bottled water because of the "salty" taste of the treated water.

Great Location

House was clean and worked great for our family of 8. The house doesn’t have “whole house AC” but the bedrooms stayed nice and cool with AC units in each bedroom. Even though it was warm a few days, the house cools off nicely with the windows open. Overall, the house was clean and we enjoyed the grill, hot tub and fire-pit. We would definitely stay here again when we come back to Durango.

This Remote Home COULD BE "Luxury"

The home is in a great remote quiet setting. Hot tub & stargazing was wonderful! However, the home would be "luxury" with maintenance/modifications. The garage entry sewer odor from the water treatment system was overwhelming! The kitchen pull-out faucet head was broken and sprayed wildly all around when used. The oven lower drawer was unable to be opened. The fridge ice maker was turned off. Notified the host who advised us we could turn on the ice maker and sent a tech who fixed the drawer but not the faucet! We used duct-tape to make the faucet “functional!” Lastly, the massive air sputtering and pressure extremes in the kitchen also applied to the water system throughout the house. Every sink, toilet and shower produced obnoxious loud sputtering/pressure changes throughout our multi-day stay! Suggestions: Address the water system air! Vent the garage water system or re-locate it. Add low lighting to hot tub area as 2 guests fell at the rock step. Have property management address issues before renter arrival: duct-taped broken window in the living room, refrigerator light was a strobe light, ice maker made about a cup of ice/day, master bath towel ring fell off the wall, a 3' piece of chair-rail was hanging down in the dining room. Advise renters ACs are portable and will need to be put in windows. Get rid of the black Mr Coffee coffee maker as it ruined 2 pots of coffee using two different types of filters. Would recommend if issues addressed!

Accommodating well built home on a nice lot

Had all the essentials and the upstairs bedrooms were very insulated from the downstairs noise so it was great for a napping toddler. Would give 5 stars but the hot tub didn’t get hot. Management was very kind and applied a discount to our stay. Would definitely stay again!

Excellent Property

We had a family wedding in Durango so we stayed for three nights. We had a mix of ages ranging from 12-76 and the house was perfect for everyone. The kids enjoyed the video game and hot tub and there was plenty of space inside and outside the house for the adults to relax and hangout. I appreciated that fact that there were four full bathrooms so getting ready for the wedding was easy. Lastly, when we checked in we had a problem with the Wi-Fi. I called to report the problem and got a call back within 3 minutes. Just nice to know if you do have an issue, you get a response right away

Great house!

Great house! A bit further from town than mentioned but beautiful property. Only issues was internet was poor when trying to book restaurants etc. Broken tile in master shower and shower pressure was low or shooting out sparingly. Overall great for our family and the most comfortable beds ever!

Perfect Winter Vacation

The house was perfectly situated. Big enough for 7 people. The heated floors were great and made the house warm enough without being stuffy. The house was remote enough to sled quietly on the street yet close enough to town for your every need. Communication with the manager was great and the entire team answered all our questions even on NYE. The only problem was the internet.. Don’t count on having internet access or being able to hot spot through your cell phone. Great stay!

Beautiful home smelly water

Beautiful home with smelly water. This house was great for sleeping my big family. It was so nice that everyone had there own bathroom! Great outdoor fire pit and extra games like ping pong table and more. The only negative is the water smells like rotten eggs. I would still recommend the house to everyone!

Almost perfect

The house was very nice and in a good location. Property manager was very accessible and quick to answer issues and questions. Only two problems with the home that renters need to know about in our opinion. We understand that area well water is sometimes influenced by the hot springs in the region. That being said, the water was extremely smelly and not in a good way. The property manager sent out someone to fix the problem the day after we arrived, but it didn't fix it. Not sure what the answer is but it definitely needs to be addressed. Also the internet was VERY unreliable, so not a good place to be if you need reliable network for working while on vacation. MT

Nice Place but Poor Outdoor Maintenance

outdoor space was nice but maintenance was atrocious, as listed below: - outdoor furniture was worn out, threadbare, and useless - there was a forest of weeds surrounding the house and growing in the patio area - construction debris, lumber, pallets, littered the property not enough kitchen linens

Beautiful house and great location

We enjoyed our stay at this house. The location was great. The house was clean and we enjoyed the ping pong table. The only issue we had was the air conditioning. It was only hooked up in one room and it still would not cool down the room and there were no windows to open. The house was very warm at times. The property was nice. We would recommend some landscaping around the house. It was hard to walk around outside.

Exceptional home and stay

Cindy was a good host! She responded quickly and was very accommodating to our needs. My family and I had an excellent stay. The house location was very close to the Durango airport and its neighboring state of New Mexico. It is a lovely place, comfortable, immaculately clean, and well maintained with all the necessary amenities: clothes iron, loads of bath towels, paper towels, toilet paper, laundry, and dishwasher detergent . The kitchen was stocked with hot beverages, including coffee filters for the coffee pot, utensils, appliances, and dishing washing soap. The outdoor view, with acres surrounded by trees, was spectacular and was equipped with a Firepit BBQ grill. I will stay here again, and we highly recommend this home.

Family getaway

My family loves this place. We saw deer in the yard most days and while it has other houses on the road this one is tucked back in some woods and is quiet and relaxing. We enjoyed roasting marshmallows at the fire pit. The house was very clean. A few pans need to be replaced but other than that this house is great. We definitely plan to come back.
