It comes with a private pier and paddle boat and it sits next to Hiller’s Pine Haven Resort. The lake frontage is sandy and great for swimming!

The cottage offers an open concept living/dining room and kitchen that overlooks the west bay of Little Saint Germain Lake. The first bedroom has a Queen-sized bed, while the second bedroom is set up with a Full-sized bed. The living room offers sleeping accommodations with a Full-sized sleeper sofa.
