Our family estate will bring memories of a lifetime to you and your family. Over 7,000 square feet, 6 fully furnished bedrooms (linens, protected pillow/mattress cases, towels, TP, hairdryer, etc) 4.5 baths, sitting on 30+ acres with spacious outdoor living. The heart of this home is centered around the back kitchen and large formal dining room that seats 16+ people. With 2 fully furnished kitchens, there is room for "double the fun." 2 Thermador stoves, 2 Sub Zero refrigerators, warming trays, Sub Zero wine refrigerator, with all this, you will never run out of space. For those early risers, sipping your coffee or tea in the breakfast kitchen looking out at the Catskill Mountains is the perfect way to start your day. You will want to draw straws to be the winner of the first floor master suit (30 x 35-bedroom w/ 15 x 30 bath), however the additional bedrooms upstairs have their own charm. If you are forced to check in at work, the large office will give you the necessary privacy. The 1,000 sq. ft. Rec Room, will provide endless hours of entertainment. Whether your working out, watching TV, playing foosball, or table tennis, it is a perfect gather space for all generations. If mother nature cooperates, the covered patio (just off the back kitchen) with dining table, lounge area and fire pit is an ideal peaceful space. One would think, you are in the heart of Napa or the hills of Tuscany... You choose!

Bring your cross country skies/snow shoes to enjoy the grounds. The ski resorts are 9 miles way. The quaint town of Hudson is 20 miles away. Grocery Stores are 9 miles away. Just 2.5 hours Northwest of New York City.
