This place is totally ok. Rooms are basic and old. No soundproofing so prepare to hear a neighbours tv etc. Not much the owner could do except a proper refurb to change. He kept the place clean and was v friendly and helpful. Thank you to him. We had room 1 which was next to the office and that added noise of people checking in. When it says breakfast. Expect a wrapped plastic muffin and cheap filter coffee. Nothing fresh but a sweetened yogurt. Would i restay? No. It wasnt for me. But if you are just looking for a cheap overnight stop its is as said. Totally ok.

This is a very very old building. The man who checked us in was very kind and lovely. The inn just needs some upgrades. My son has a mold allergy, and the room smelled horribly of mildew. It’s a cute place and decently priced for the area, but upgrades are needed.

The view!

Loved the vintage feel of the rooms. Needs a little updating but clean and safe. Love the view!! Breakfast was little Debbie’s and coffee. But coffee shop down the road had an amazing breakfast burrito and great coffee.

Room was clean but could use a little updating ( porch door). All in all a great value for the money. Proprietor was very accommodating with Kayak usage for the salt marsh accessible right from the back of the property! Highly recommend.

The property is beautiful, with Adirondack chairs to enjoy the view of the marsh. The check it was smooth and very pleasant. The room was small but clean, sweet and thoughtfully furnished. My only negative comment is that the bathroom floor badly needs replacing.

Had a lovely, easy, quiet stay at the Spring Garden, and will stay there again when I am back in the area. Like most motels on the Cape this is an old property, but it's well maintained, clean, and comfortable, and the views from the room of the estuary behind the building are magnificent.
