Easy check in process for your rental agreement and ID verification

You may opt in to purchase a non refundable damage waiver provided by a third party insurance company or a security deposit Damage waiver purchases are optional If damage waivers are not purchased a security hold will be placed on your card and released a few days after check out

To make this process easy for you we use a secure and very simple app free platform called Happy Guest It is not an app and you do not have to sign up for an account it is a safe and secure website It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots

Guests must complete an easy online check in with a rental agreement ID check and an optional damage waiver or security hold if no waiver

If you have declined travel insurance it is highly suggested you buy your own through a third party We cannot refund due to illness weather or travel related situations

As our home is nestled in the Poconos it is possible to see or hear local wildlife such as mice chipmunks bugs spiders squirrels deer raccoons or even the occasional bear We do our best to prevent indoor visits but nature is all around

WINTER REMINDER
We recommend four wheel drive during winter months
Salt and a shovel are provided at the property for emergencies Snow plowing is handled by the township and their schedule is not controlled by us and we are unable to arrange plowing at specific times Please plan accordingly for safe travel
