This home is uniquely located next to the Rosario Village Resort offering additional amenities such as the Harbor Bar & Grill (Memorial Day weekend to mid-September) and the outdoor swimming pool!
With 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom on the top floor, the main floor boasts a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living area with a gas fireplace, stunning views, and a four-season room. The living room features a pull-out sleeper sofa, while the four-season room includes a fold-down daybed. A Pack 'n Play is also available for added convenience. Unwind in the hot tub and enjoy watching the boats drift by.
