Kaunis, hyväpalkkainen, järven rannalla sijaitseva huoneisto yksityisessä aidatussa golf-, tennis- ja virkistysyhteisössä Cuscowillassa upealla Oconee-järvellä. Täydellinen paikka päästä pois ystävien tai perheen kanssa. Golfkenttä avoinna vuokra-asiakkaille vain Masters Week-aikana tai mukana olevalla golfjäsenellä.

Suuri retriittiyhteisö parille tai pienelle perheelle. Mahdollisuuksia vuokrata polkupyöriä, vesiskodeja, veneitä ja kajakkeja. Yhteisöpäivälaituri heti huoneiston edessä, jos vuokraat tai tuotat oman veneesi. Paljon lähellä 5 tähden ravintoloita 15 minuutin ajomatkan päässä.

Vuonna 2010 rakennettu huoneisto, jossa on puulattiat oleskelu-, ruokailu- ja keittiötiloissa, ruostumattomat laitteet, graniittiset, pesukone / kuivausrumpu. Master makuuhuone kauniilla järvinäköalalla ja pääsy ulkopuolelle. Master kylpy poreallas ja iso suihkukaappi. Kaksi HD-televisiota, joissa on täysi audiojärjestelmä, mukaan lukien surround-ääni. We enjoyed our stay at the lake! The condo had an excellent view of the water and had a great location within the property/community. My family had a wonderful stay at this condo. It was beautiful inside and out with a wonderful view of the lake. It had everything we needed including a fully stocked kitchen. The host was easy to communicate with and made it an easy experience. We would stay here again.

Perfect for our visit. Adjacent to our friends condo. Located on the water-short walk to the dock. Two bedrooms located on each side of the condo for privacy and guiet. Nice kitchen and full size washer and dryer. Beautiful view.

Beautiful condo and location

Loved our stay there. The condo was right on the water, clean, comfortable and well equipped. It's in a gated waterfront & golf community with great area to walk, nice gym and pool. We'd definitely stay there again.

Beautiful and Relaxing

Our party of 4 came into town for a Wedding. What a beautiful place to stay. The view of the lake from the living room and master bedroom were spectacular and coffee in the morning on the patio was very relaxing. Kitchen was well stocked with anything you may need. Beautiful Lake side Condo

The property met and exceeded our expectations. Located on ground level made for easy unloading/loading. Condo was spacious and appropriately equipped with all amenities needed. Property owner was very responsive to all requests in a timely manner. Would highly recommend and stay at this property again.

Excellent condo, quiet complex. Lots of amenities. We grilled out twice. Used the dock for our kayak and paddle board. Overall great stay, already planning another trip later this fall. My wife and girls weren’t sure about lake living - too much beach in their blood, but this trip may have changed their minds

Nice Comfortable Stay at a Beautiful Lake

Almost everything was great, and the owner was very responsive to all my concerns. We only had two issues, one of which was a fluke. When we arrived the TV and internet were not working, probably because of weather, and it took 3 days to get it functional. The other issue is the parking is not optimal. Guests have to park in a gravel/grass/mud parking area that's about 100 yards away from the unit. Uphill one way, downhill the other. There is, though, a turnaround very close to the unit for loading and unloading. Overall it's a nice condo.

Great property with beautiful views

We really enjoyed our stay at this property which is nicely furnished, well appointed and has spectacular views of the lake. The patio is very nice and offers great views of the lake as well as lots of birds and even a bunny or two we saw during our stay. Housekeeping items that need attention include thick dust on the TV monitor; missing, corroded and dead batteries in the stereo, DVD and TV remotes in living room; missing a light bulb or two in the overhead light fixtures in the kitchen and spare bedroom. These are minor things but detract from the overall guest experience which is why we didn't give a solid five stars. Overall we had a great experience and really enjoyed it.

Girls Trip

We had a great time! We enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere of the community. The property was well taken care of and very roomy. We had 3 guessed, but for sure could have had up to 6. The only complaint was the guest parking area! It’s needs more lighting, so bring a flashlight. We felt safe, just wished we could see better! The views were breathtaking and the area was very quiet!

Beautiful view, but very outdated!

The location and view was wonderful. Unfortunately, the condo is very out dated and needs lots of TLC. Beds were not comfortable, coffee machine was over 10 yrs old and didn’t work. TV had no batteries. It seemed that no one had been there in weeks. Lots of dead bugs in bathroom and showers. Very few kitchen supplies. It’s unfortunate because with some new furnishings, kitchen supplies and some TLC this could be a wonderful place.
