Staff were extremely nice and helpful. Only down side was we were on the 2nd floor right at the top of the main stairs and it was extremely loud from the people in the lobby later at night laughing and talking. YOU COULD HEAR EVERYTHING and was hard to get a decent night sleep.

Hot tub water was way too low and hot. The chemicals burned my eyes. Pool water was very cold but ok after awhile. Breakfast didn’t have very many options. Room was clean but smelled like cat urine. Wont be back.

Bathroom was so small i could barely fit my walker. Shower curtain wouldn't close good enough so there was water on the floor. The hot tub after standing in it for a short time took the color out of my swimsuit bottoms

It’s safe, quiet, and accommodating with our mid-sized dog. It’s clean and comfortable. I’m sure it’ll get some updating soon (needs carpet & general updates) but all in all a well above average stay.

Star was incredibly helpful! I got locked out of my car for a few hours and if it weren’t for them I would not have gotten back in. The ladies behind the desk were very nice and understanding and I had a lovely experience (aside from being locked out).

We specifically picked this hotel because it looked unique and quaint with a great pool for our girls. Although everything looked clean it just felt grungy to be there. The pool needs a drain and clean (could visually see dirt) and didn’t trust going in the hut tub. The pillows were super thin and the bed cover felt like nothing more than a sheet to cover up with. The breakfast can also definitely improve. My girls tried making waffles and only ate 1 bite because “it tasted funny”. Sadly disappointed and if that is what all AmericInns are like I think we will be avoiding that line of hotels. :(
