Our home is tucked away in the quiet leafy, Third Ward neighborhood — yet within minutes of the University, scenic river trails, lively downtown cafés, restaurants, bars, and the Pablo Arts Center.

Our home has 4 bedrooms, a large living room , a TV room, dining room, dedicated work space with fast internet and a basement perfect for movie night or plug in your game console for gaming, or use the walking machine to exercise!! Plenty of space to spread out and relax with family, or a group, and beautiful and peaceful for a romantic weekend away for couples! :-)

Our stay was great! The neighborhood is very quant and in a great location as described in the listing. The house had a well stocked kitchen with coffee/tea/cookware/dining ware, etc. which is always appreciated. I appreciate having an empty fridge, but still having some spices when traveling which this house had. The furniture, linens, and house were nice and clean and met the expectation as the listing photos depicted. The decorations made it feel homey and cozy. Appreciate all the dining seating as well as lounge seating throughout the house. Many options to congregate together or to spread out with everyone having a space of their own. So much entertainment options with shelves of games, great books, fuss-ball/pingpong/etc. table, we were there in the fall, but warmer weather there are great options to expand outside for entertainment and hanging out. Host was very communicative and easy to access with questions. Check in and check out were a breeze. We were glad to have the space to relax in at the end of the day. Definitely recommend.
