Quiet, clean, convenient.My partner and I were part of a wedding so having a ‘home base’ to come back to and decompress was essential. We like to pack/travel as light as possible so being able to do laundry was excellent. We LOVE to cook/meal prep and were impressed by how stocked and clean the kitchen was. The gym, food and coffee spots were convenient to get to and the enclosed garage to park in was like the cherry on top. All in all, a great experience.

Great location near all downtown activities. Also great for access to nearby pickleball courts and access to bicycle trail system. Garage kept bikes and car out of the weather. Quiet neighborhood. Within a couple of blocks walk to two restaurants/pubs. Owner very easy to work with.

Kayak, bike, and hike getaway

We loved the ability to put our kayaks and bikes in the secure garage. Downtown was close as were multiple bike trails and entry points. Chippewa Falls was an easy drive, and we enjoyed visiting Lake Wissota. The house was cute and had everything we needed. The location is not a resort type area; the surrounding neighborhood is family and student oriented. It was a quiet neighborhood. The closest restaurants and downtown amenities are a 15 minute walk, but everything is an easy drive.

We used this as a way point to break up a drive. The property was super clean and appears recently remodeled. Very very nice. Use of attached garage was great as we had a vehicle load of our daughters items so it was a nice piece of mind.

Great Place to Stay

We stayed there for the Eau Claire marathon and it was great. A very short drive (5 mins) or 15 min walk to the start and finish area. Easy parking and the house had everything we needed! Great communication with the property manager as well.

Excellent Stay!!

We stayed at this unit for a weekend while visiting our daughter at UWEC. The unit was as advertised and we had a great stay. The unit had all necessary essentials and cozy furniture & beds. The owner is very responsive and a pure joy to work with! We would stay here again in a heartbeat!!

My heart is full

Perfect place to stay while visiting our son, who moved to EC last June. Loved being able to cook meals and watch movies together. We were less than a mile from his work (downtown) and with the cold weather, we were super thankful for the good heaters (and the garage). Full laundry facilities were helpful with wet jeans and gloves. Host was communicative and kind. We will be back.

Very nice stay

We were so grateful to have such a nice place to stay on a friend visit. Quiet neighborhood. Location was easy access to downtown. We enjoyed art sculpture tour and delicious restaurants and ice cream shops.

Great place near downtown

We enjoyed staying at this cozy little spot while visiting Eau Claire. Nice to have private parking, centrally located to get anywhere quickly and walkable to downtown for food, entertainment or exercise along the river path.

Inside of property was beautiful. Out side the grass was at least 8 inches high. Dish towels were not provided for use. Sent 3 messages tru VRBO to host and did not receive a reply. Check in was great and having a garage was an added benefit. Location was great for our needs.

Short getaway to a great city!

Perfect little house

Great option to hotel for girls weekend. House was cute, clean and everything in the house looked brand new. Beds were comfortable and space perfect for a group of four. Spent the day exploring the area and surprisingly ended up at the Hilltop neighborhood bar a block away both nights and had a great time. Would stay here again if in Eau Claire.

Great location and setup for small family

Nice little place in older part of Eau Claire. Close to entertainment, restaurants, and a new park/playground a few blocks north. Place was nice and clean, with everything one could need for a short stay. Took advantage of the coffee each morning. :-) SmartTV allowed us to access Netflix and Disney+ accounts for mom and dad to watch movies and the toddler to get his Mickey Mouse fix. WiFi speed was plenty for remote work. Beds were very comfy and the rooms were not cramped for two tall adults. Smaller bedroom fit the blowup mattress for the toddler and all his stuff. Neighborhood was quiet, nice for after dinner walks and relaxing on the front patio bench. Will definitely stay here again when return to visit family!
