Experience a stay on an off grid property leaving technology and hustle and bustle of city life behind. Enjoy the peace and quiet sitting around the outdoor fire pit having a barbaque enjoying the sepectacular uninterrupted view of the mountain rangers or spend a day exploring the property, take a picnic lunch down to the private creek only a five minute walk. Explore the boarder rangers walking trails or take a day drive around the Northern rivers and to explore the many quaint little villages . The township of Kyogle is only 20 minutes drive away that has everything you will need . Toonumdar dam is a 20 minute drive for swimming or kayaking and fishing.

The cottage has own private out look away from main house. It does not have heating or stove . There are ceiling fans in bedrooms and living area . There is no internet access in cottage however you can get access if needed close to main house. You may get mobile reception depending on your provider. For dinning A barbaque is provided for alfresco eating and a microwave and airfryer.

Your privacy is important to us as is other guest that may be staying in our other holiday accomadation that is a distance from cottage . Although you may explore property at your leisure please respect other guest during your stay. Please be aware we do have wild life . If you choose to go into the bush areas wear closed in shoes as there may be snakes. We do have 20acres of cleared gardens to admire.

please be aware our property is remote our access rd is graded for about 1.5 klm with a course way to go over . We have a slightly steep driveway to go up to access cottage its about 100mtres . I get around ok in my little car however occasionly the causeway may flood after a couple of days of heavy consistent rain. I will inform you if this is expected.

Superb, thanks Cheryl, We had a couple of days here after travel through Border Ranges NP with family from uk, The magical mystery tour led us at the end of an exhausting day to this quiet, private, comfortable haven. It was spotless and equipped with everything you could need. Easy to find and a lovely welcome from owner’s who were on hand for questions/ help but stepped right back to give us this lovely space. Thanks, and hope to see you again soon.
