This well-maintained, sun filled 3 bedroom ranch has new hardwood floors, windows, trim, living room, sunroom, bedroom and dining furniture. It is located in a quiet neighborhood and is just a 5 minute walk to the many fine restaurants and shops of Edgartown Village. Or, hop on the bike path that is located at the end of the street for a pleasant bike ride to South or State Beach. The Vineyard Transit Authority is also accessible at this location. Don't feel like driving? No problem. The supermarket, meat market, and fish market are within walking distance as well.

This family-friendly home offers an open floor plan and a bedroom configuration that can easily accommodate a shared rental. The living room features a large sectional sofa and an additional full sofa with a 50" Roku TV that can easily accommodate all guests. The eat-in kitchen is fully equipped and French doors open to a bright sunroom with a cathedral ceiling, pickled pine woodwork and a newly tiled floor. A recently installed sliding glass door makes for an easy transition to the outdoor deck for grilling or relaxation. The sunroom is also equipped with a Roku TV and offers an alternate space for socializing.
Guests can enjoy al fresco dining on the back patio at the fire dining table or an outdoor shower following a day at the beach in the private backyard.
