Not worth the price

I agree with other reviews. Yard unkept with lots of weeds, house seemed dirty. Worst thing was the smell and odor at the house. Never figured out what caused it but even opening windows didn’t help. I had to sleep in a mask to keep from wheezing. Not stocked very well. Wanted to burn a candle for odor - no matches or lighter. Wanted to cover some food - no foil. Wanted to flip some burgers - no spatula. Towels and sheets and bathrooms were nice

This property needs some attention before it gets a higher rating. All the walls need to be painted. Also, kitchen supplies could be more plentiful. There was no hand mixer and very few food containers for leftovers. The outdoor landscaping needed more attention. The house itself is comfortable and the water view is pleasant. It would be nice is kayaks were provided since the nearest rental was several miles away and we couldn’t use the nice docking area. The outdoor patio area is pretty and we enjoyed grilling. With more attention this could be a five star rental.
