The room was clean, breakfast was good and the area was conveniently located. We did have issues with two of the three TVs in the suite not working properly but it wasn’t the end of the world. There was also a garbage truck that emptied the dumpster outside our room at 4 am. But again not a huge deal.

The hotel is in good condition and fairly new. There are a few problems with homeless hanging around right around the hotel and some sketchy souls despite being in west Edmonton. Lots of places you can walk to for food and drinks, etc., and right across the street from the mall. The only real issue in the room was the thermostat was off by several degrees which made it a little bit harder to set the temperature.

The hotel was very clean, lovely bed linens, and the staff were kind and helpful. While I was there I cut my elbow on the door frame to the bathroom. All the doorframes had a fitting in the door that did not fit well and had a razor sharp edge exposed. We reported this, and they covered the edges with black electrical tape as a temporary fix. We found it odd that there is a dishwasher in the suite but absolutely nothing stocked for eating in. They will give you 3 plates,one set of cutlery per person, and 4 glasses if you ask but we had to buy dishcloths, soap and dish towels. The coffee maker was awful- not a coffee pod unit. TVs were difficult to operate, no CNN. The floor in one of the showers was not sloped and looked stained. No room around the sinks. Has a desk but it is located directly below the TV in the main room and blocks the view for others. Only one luggage rack for 3 people so luggage was on the floor. Good underground parking. Many street people around the hotel. I would not stay here again.

Clean, friendly staff. Have complimentary breakfast with limited choices but good enough to start the day. Very bad sound proofing. We can hear upstairs walking whenever they’re in their room. Computer system went down when we checked in but they still gave us a room so we were not affected terribly by it. The worst part is definitely the sound proof. We got a big 2 bedroom suite but unable to enjoy it fully because we were worried about making too much noise.
