This is my second time staying in the same hotel. I booked a loft for 4 adults and 1 child. It was so specious, clean, beautifully organized and beyond my expectations. I booked it in advance so the price was great. We loved our stay and will be coming back. We stayed 4 nights. The only thing I wish was more alternative options for the breakfast. It was same breakfast everyday but it’s not a big deal. The staff is amazing and ready to help you with anything you need.

Massive Room, No Couch

The room that we had was enormous with one Queen and one King sized bed. There was a large TV, a small desk and a whole kitchen complete with cupboards, a sink, a fridge and a microwave. You had to sit on the bed to watch tv though, only one single-seat chair and a small uncomfortable desk chair. The washroom was also large and had a very large walk-in shower with a rain showerhead. Our only concern was on the first day we were there we left in the morning about 10am and came back a little before 3pm and our room had still not been cleaned, so we did not get any service that first day.

This property is the “best” if you want to be close to the West Edmonton Mall. It is right across the street and very walkable. The hotel is new and rooms are very spacious. We really enjoyed our stay.

This place was amazing! Its perfect distance from the mall (a 2 minute walk to Bourbon Street food hall) and was so clean and the rooms were huge! The outside looks a little sketchy but thats just Edmonton for you. Otherwise it was incredible! Breakfast wasnt the best hotel breakfast ive had but edible!

Just a street across West Edmonton mall which is very convenient. The hotel is new and the room is spacious and clean. The only issue is that my room does not have shower door in the bathroom so the whole bathroom floor is extremely wet and slippery after shower every night. Credit to the housekeeping team which they did an excellent job! Breakfast is simple but you can’t complain at this price! I will definitely return when I travel Edmonton.
