Booked a romantic one night getaway at Best Western Plus… also known as “we have an early medical appointment and value sleep.” The hotel delivered exactly what we needed: quiet, clean, comfy beds, and front desk staff who were absolutely amazing — welcoming, efficient, and genuinely kind. Not a single complaint, unless you count realizing this is what counts as excitement now.

We booked a month in advance of our stay because of the pool -we did not find out pool was under renovations and closed for a month and over our stay for Christmas. Hotel took no responsibility.or empathy - Expedia's responsibility to tell us pool under renovation. Staff had no autonomy - 3 different staff at 3 separate occasions asked simply answered questions - all 3 responses were they would have to phone management for guidance. All responses when finally received had no indication of concern for customers. And nothing is worse that having toilet paper and kleenex that is like thinly shaved paper. We had stayed at this hotel before because of convenient location, but probably will not return int he future.
