Really upset with our booking . On the hotels app for this hotel, it says there was a hot tub and when we got there, they said that their hot tub has been down for a long time. We only booked this hotel for the slide and hottub for the adults and couldn’t even go in as there was no working hot tub ! Hotel said they would’ve gave us a credit but they couldn’t because we booked through an online app

No notifications that during our stay there was No functioning hot tub, breakfast room under construction and breakfast offered in lobby with no seating but did give take away containers. It was very nice. Breakfast has a good variety of options. The only negative was the hot tub jets didn’t work, although that was only a minor inconvenience. Staff were very friendly.
