The property is on the older side. The rooms are noisy. However the hotel goes out of their way to make up for both things. They prove bath robes which were great. They have noise machines and ear plugs which also help sleep better. My room, specifically, had a noise machine that didn’t work, but the ear plugs were enough for a decent sleep. The rooms are spacious and great for work travel.

We love that the hotel is right on campus and appreciate the friendly staff but are not likely to stay here again, unfortunately. The beds are not at all comfortable and the pillows available (even with requests for pillows for side and stomach sleepers) meant that all three of us slept poorly and had sore necks and backs. This is the second or third time we’ve stayed here, in different suites each time, with similar experiences. It really would be worthwhile to invest in firmer and higher quality mattresses and better pillows!

Loved this place . Room was clean staff were amazing . Only issue was that there was no happy medium with shower temp . Anyone who used water while you were in the shower affected your shower temp . Not fun . But over all I would stay here again

The property was very close to our appointment at the University of Alberta Hospital. Many accommodations were made for our appointment such as late check-in and check out. We also enjoyed the convenient parking.

Great hotel stay!

Great stay! Our room was upgraded when we checked in which was fantastic. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The city view from our hotel room was awesome! We would stay there again if we were in the area. Very close to the University of Alberta hospital which is just a short walk away.

Ok stay

This was an ok stay. Room was very cold and wouldn’t warm up despite adjusting the thermostat. Bedroom TV cable box wasn’t working. Could hear other rooms and there was a loud group of people in the next rooms. Very clean and large with everything you would need. Close to the university. I wasn’t aware you have to pay for parking so that was a surprise.
