We were told we couldn’t have a cot. Fire alarm went off for a good half an hour we weren’t told to evacuate but had to listen to alarm. Charged for an extra person in our room it was a suite that fit them.

Not very clean

We stay at this hotel all of the time and it seems to be going downhill. The staff are friendly, but the rooms are poorly managed. There were fresh stains on the carpets, dust in a lot of places and the cleaners were not very good with out personal items.

Hotel was nice. Staff very friendly. Room was beautiful. Very clean and spacious. The only thing was the parking was right beside the hotel and open to anyone in the downtown area so i would have been a little nervous at nightime. We chose to go to the 2nd level as there was someone sleeping in the corner on the main level. The elevator in the parkade was out of order so you had to use the stairs and once we had gone through the doorway we saw that the handle on the inside of the door was broken so we had trouble getting back to our vehicle. The hotel staff was aware and had already put in a request for repair but no one had come out to fix it yet.
