Hotel was beautiful. But we had someone use a key card and unlock our door at 7:50 am while we were sleeping. When brought up to the front staff they just said we didn’t have to pay for parking. If we had not put up the safety latch the person could have walked right in on our family. It scared our children who were woken up by the intrusion. It’s terrifying to know that someone else had access to our room while were sleeping.
