We took in the Mayfield Dinner Theatre as part of a date night. Stayed in the spacious and comfortable King Suite. We added the breakfast option and enjoyed a nice full buffet the next morning.

Nice Hotel with good amenities and a really good restaurant. The staff were fantastic and very accommodating. It was an ideal spot to stay if you’re going to West Edmonton Mall and is a quick drive to the Henday. Would stay here again!

1)red stains on leftover tissue roll left in the washroom 2)a # was left by the cleaners for us to apparently send txt msgs for any questions-texted it multiple times from different phones (including the 1 registered under our room #) & received no responses 3)our phones in the rooms weren’t working as it should be.speed dials for the different departments werent working so we always had to call “0” for front desk for everything 4)ordered room service online & when we got our order,it wasn’t exactly what was stated on their menu 5)tried calling front desk for more than 30mins straight & no answer.finally got a hold of front desk to ask them to transfer the call to room service.Explained that the two orders from the kids menu were missing the rice & veggies,instead we received fries.They were understanding & told us that they dont have rice,only mashed potatoes & veggies which was fine since its for a baby.Got the food which was delicious (only favorite part of our stay) 6)called asking for extra towels to use for the pool & was told that theres towels at the pool.Got there & there were none.Called front desk with The “emergency” phone a few times & again no answer. Finally pool maintenance came told us theres more coming but we were there for an hr & none came.Instead we used hand towels from the gym next door 7)inroom heater vent was SO LOUD it kept waking us up at night 8)flooring was uneven that our toddler kept tripping over and hurting himself. BREAKFAST BRUNCH WAS YUMMY
