Run down

The beds are rock hard, no hot water at the bathroom sink. Shower head is broken, clock buzzed so load I had to unplug it. The whole hotel needs a major overhaul There’s better hotels for the same price in Edmonton.

The front desk Staff Sam was very nice and friendly. We had a peaceful stay and enjoyed dinner and breakfast. Very easy location in a central area but quiet and safe.

Run down run of the mill

We came here for a buying show at the Expo center. We seen good reviews about this Hotel but sadly I think they are wrong. I honestly find it hard to say something good about the building iteself. The staff were nice and friendly but this place is run down. The beds were lumpy, the thermoststat didnt work and it was 28 degrees in the room. No housekeeping was done during the day. The place was just shabby.
