Bad experience during stay.

The aircondition in the room is not working during stay, no available maintenance to check, the front desk didn’t offer room change and no available fan to ease the discomfort , we end up opening the windows and it’s also broken. The lobby has foul smell and looks like homeless people are allowing to stay inside.

Holes from Cigarettes in bed sheets. No food after 9pm, no access to microwave. The lady in the reception said you can use the tiny coffee machine to boil water, it barely hold half small cup of water and make tea or make noodles. They provided 4 paper cups for 3 people staying 2 nights. Luckily I have my camping gear with me and enough food.The hotel looks nice in the first floor were they make conference meetings in the hall. But staying in the hotel is a bad experience. Without burner and you own mugs , food and other camping tools you cannot survive there. One remote for the reciever but none for the TV. Red stains on the carpet and in the drawers, my 11 years old son asked me if this is a blood. The light in the room is dim. First night was noisy. You get a better sevice at a cheaper place.
