I stayed one night and was very pleased. The room was quiet cleqn and very comfortable. The beds and pillows were exceptional. The breakfast was the best free hotel breakfast I've had. The staff at breakfast and the front desk were very helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

We brought the kids for a night getaway. We went to go in the hot tub and there was brown scum all around the edges in the hot tub. So we couldn’t use that. We went to go in the pool. The temperature was so cold even the kids choose not to go in. We go to hotels with pools for our kids and when we can’t use the pool it defeats the entire purpose. No one was helpful at all

It was okay, however bath tub was not clean and it looked as though someone had thrown a drink on the back of the bathroom door Room 318. Upon checkout mentioned this to receptionist who seemed indifferent.

My family of four elected to stay at the hotel while visiting Edmonton for the weekend. Parking is extremely limited at this hotel, but that's understandable given the location. We were very disappointed to be woken up on the second night of our stay at 10:30 at night by the front desk, phoning demanding that we turn down our music and that they had had a noise complaint. The problem was it wasn't our room!when I told the front staff that they had in fact woken me and my family up she said no we got a complaint from your room turn down your music. I immediately went down to the front desk and asked them to come up and verify where the music was coming from. She said that the music was coming from our room and that another room had called and complained when I explained to them that it was not my room. They offered me a $25 shell gift card without so much as an apology. I asked them to have one of their team members come up to the room to verify that, in fact, it was not my room as I wanted no further trouble. They sent their maintenance man by the name of Gabriel, who is very kind and polite, and he realized that the room was seven doors away from ours. I saw him knock on the door, and I returned to my room the next day, I asked to speak with a manager, and there was none on site so later that evening again went and asked for the manager, and she did apologize and let me know the protocol had not been followed, but the rudeness of the front desk was poor. Also poor breakfast

Very comfortable beds !

Our room was spacious and clean. We always try to book at a Holiday Inn Express because of the comfortable beds ( but bring your own pillow )! The morning complimentary breakfast was great too , the service was good and the area clean. Will definitely stay here again

Unacceptable Stay at Holiday Inn: Request for Refund I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent stay at the Holiday Inn. Our room was located beside the outdoor exit, which proved to be a significant source of disturbance throughout the night. The door slammed loudly at all hours, causing substantial disruption to our sleep and even shaking the room. This level of noise is unacceptable, especially considering the high nightly rate of over $200. Given the hotel’s failure to provide a peaceful environment, I am requesting a full refund for our stay. It is reasonable to expect a certain level of comfort and quiet in a hotel room, particularly at such a premium price. The lack of effective soundproofing or measures to mitigate this issue is inexcusable. I urge the management to take immediate action to address this problem and ensure that future guests do not experience similar disruptions. Until then, I expect a prompt refund for the inconvenience and distress caused during our stay. Rating: 1/5 Request: Immediate refund for the full amount of our stay.
