When we entered our room the temperature was 55 degrees, so I tuned the heat to 75 to warm up quick. I set the controls to heat, and the fan to high and the heat blasted out of the heater, but kept shutting off at 65 degrees and after 3 hours of dealing with the thermostat the temperature reached 69 for a litt While then the temperature dropped again. When we got up the room was cold, but it warmed up to 74 real quick and the weirdest thing was we never touched the temperature controller in the morning. But it got worse after using the toilet I stood and flushed the toilet and a blast of water shot crap onto the lid of the toilet. Glad I always stand to flush lol Paid too much for the hassle and disgust

We came here for our 20th anniversary and really liked how clean and nice everything and everyone was. It was close to everything we needed and definitely worth the price, which was decent. The hot tub was nice but the jets were not working. We did however cone at the same time as 3 busloads of children who were barely supervised so were woken up at 430 am from screaming, jumping etc. The front staff did go up once we called however they got louder. The front staff were great about it and apologized for them even though it was not their fault. Would recommend for sure.

I stayed here a month ago for my son‘s soccer tournament and I was able to leave a $200 deposit on the room. Tonight the manager insisted that it has been a mandatory policy of $500 for a year. This is false. I have bank statements to prove. She was rude and unwilling to compromise even when I paid non-refundable on Expedia. I will not be staying here again.

Amazing staff and Really Good Breakfast.

Amazing quiet stay. The stay was super helpful, and there was a lot of parking space. Breakfast was the highlight. The bedroom was super comfortable, and there was no noise at all. Staff was super helpful. I am staying again.
