The rooms could have been more efficiently lit; a dim area by the coffee maker for example. The staff was friendly & responsive; and the location was only 1 block from a main bus line.

Experiencing Matrix

My room was cleaned everyday. This is something that most hotels have stopped doing since after COVID. Room is of good size and bed is comfortable. Smelling your customers should not be part of the front desk job. Some of your customers are already which why they needed a place to rest. They don’t need unnecessary additional stress from the front desk.

I was in town for a quick 3-day trip. The staff were very friendly. The lobby and hotel rooms were super clean. Pillows were comfy but the beds were on the firmer side. I was allowed to check in early and check out late so the accommodations by staff are unmatched. Location of the hotel is great as well. I do like that the building itself is secure. You can’t get to another floor without using your room key in the elevator. I did notice was how dry it was in the hotel. Wish there was the ability to get a humidifier for the room.
