The hotel was good I stay here because reasonable prices and usually hospitality is good but when I was checking in the employee told me no partying here. I’m like excuse me I’m here on business and really non of your business what I’m doing in Edmonton. It was a rude comment the employee made. I’ll be taking my business else where.

We love staying here because of the junior suite that has 2 distinct bedrooms. Only 1 complaint- when the bedroom door is closed the outer area does not have access to air conditioning and it gets really hot. I usually bring a small fan with me each time, it helps.

Room was clean. Beds were comfortable but the wood frames were “squeeky”. Beds were quite high for a shorter person to climb on to.

Hotel is very functional within staffing ; proper service within maintaining housekeeping minus the attitudes of people that stay if people would clean up for themselves or after themselves hotels would not have such a bad experience for others to have to go through we like this locations staff to be honest they are one of a kind .

. Liked the lounge to hang out in. Did not enjoy the cold shower I had in the morning. It started off warm. Then went cold and got a tiny bit warmer before I was done. Hotels should never run out of hot water. When I told the staff that it was a cold shower morning they didn’t try to fix anything, simply said “oh sorry”
