Worst hotel stay ever!

One of the lamps in our room did not work. Horrible internet. Bad outlet chargers. No hot water kettle. No microwave. No clock in the room. If I could give them a zero rating I would. No breakfast sausages in free breakfast! The ratings for this hotel seem to be false or outdated or misleading.

Had a slight hiccup when arrived. Had asked for a room away from the elevators (was assigned a room right beside the elevator).
