The staff was very very helpful and kind but the hotel itseld was terrible. The first room we had , the beds were so lumpy and uncomfortable we could not sleep. The staff was kind enough to allow us to try a different room thankfully but still very dated and not pleasant. The staff are doing the best they can with the facility they have but I would not ever book back.

This is an old hotel in need of work. The staff were fine. The room was not good. Dirty, stained carpet. Dirty walls in the bedroom and bathroom. No kleenex, just an empty box. A few pieces of drywall missing above the shower that appear to be starting to mold, as well as the ceiling above the shower. Microwave was missing the plate, which we had replaced by maintenance (he was good) but then it wouldn't spin anyway. The desk phone only worked when the cord was held at a certain angle, so calling the front desk was frustrating. The old windows were incredibly dirty and not airtight. The door didn't do anything to block hallway noise. The security lock on the door was broken off, which was disconcerting when a bunch of drunk young adults were loudly knocking on doors and yelling in the hallway at 3:00 am. Because I couldn't reach the front desk with the room phone I had to go out into the hallway and deal with it myself. All in all it was not a good time, and I would not recommend this hotel.

The bathroom was disgusting. The sink has rust spots in it. The tile near the floor is what appears to be black mold. The shower curtain holders are damaged and there are holes in the wall which will lead to more mold issues. I have pictures if you wish to see them.

Great location but check-in was inefficient and took a long time. It's nice they provide a continental breakfast but no coffee or tea included? That's odd. The rooms aren't very sound proof so if someone is talking in the hallway the sound travels into the rooms. The housekeeping staff are friendly though

It's a fairly cheap budget hotel. If you just need a place to sleep for the night, it's fine, just don't expect too much. The staff were nice, there's plenty of places nearby to grab food, but it's certainly not the nicest area for late night walks. The hotel itself is dated and dingy, thin towels, old mattresses and pillows. Would definitely not choose this hotel again.

Lots of the building smell like it has several guests who are smoking on the premises. There are cigarette burns on the bathroom sink and counter.. A bit disappointing. Beds are very comfortable. Lots of spaces where we could walk our dog.

We left shortly after check in. Toilet not functioning. Carpet stained. Furniture was old and worn. Sheets has micro tears/holes. Windows hadn't been updated. Just really poor overall.
