There was nobody at the front desk when I needed to check in and no bell. No facilities at all in the hotel and they don’t let you know that all the advertised facilities are in the mall. Also the beds were so uncomfortable I had a slight limp from the pain sleeping there caused.

First time I stayed in the hotel that I have no Air conditioning no refrigerator and service was terrible And on the website, it has swimming pool, but the hotel doesn’t have swimming pool.

Continental breakfast was lacking. Not much variety. Too small of a space for the amount of guests at the hotel. Very obvious they are trying to make as much money as they can, offering the bare minimum. Location was prefect though. Just had to cross the street to enter the West Edmonton mall, with in walking distance.

The location was great, across the street from WEM, however the hotel was basic. The perimeter was scattered with garbage and there were drug addicts hanging out in the field behind our room.

Short two night stay, served the purpose. Proximity to the mall was excellent and staff were friendly. The parking availability in the main lot is extremely limited. The most disappointing part of the stay was the continental breakfast. Very limited seating available along with minimal food. The food that was to be available was always out. Will consider staying there again but will have to make other arrangements for breakfast and pay for underground parking

Lots of undesirable people around due to the massive bus stop on the corner. Plenty of sketchy interactions walking from the mall back to the hotel, one person even followed us in because we did t have a lighter to give him. We will not be back

Rooms were spacious. It is an older hotel but nicely renovated. Beds were comfortable. Would have liked a small freezer in the fridge to freeze our ice packs. Air conditioning smelled a bit musty but otherwise it was good. Very busy place as it is across from WEM, In fact 3 minutes walk from Bourbon St. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

Great stay.

Hotel was very nice and great price considering location to mall. Free breakfast wasn't great, the room was tiny and it was crowded trying to get toast or pancakes. We stayed 3 nights but only tried the breakfast once. The room was nice and comfortable. I highly recommend staying here if you're looking for an affordable place to stay by the mall.

This hotel is such a great location, walkable to west edmonton mall, the only thing is the hallways had a musty smell. But would still recommend.
