The hotel rooms smell bad, walls are yellow and filthy. For the price they need to do some major Reno’s. I will not stay here again.

DO NOT stay here. Absolutely AWFUL stay. We travel often and always pick “budget friendly” options and usually love them. THIS was horrendous. Stained bedding, beds - rock hard like sleeping on concrete, the “free breakfast” was BARE BARE bones. Awful customer service. Door keys need to be re keyed every time you leave. Staff are rude and co descending. Walls are paper thin. You hear everything and I mean everything. Kids, conversations, all of it. Zero privacy. Broken bathroom sink, fans sounded like an airplane engine. Do yourself a solid favour and please don’t stay here. It is awful. -1 out of 5 stars. AWFUL. The ONLY plus side is the location, 1 crosswalk across the main highway and your at the mall (maybe 20 steps). Next door is “baymont” brand new and looks beautiful, I would spend the little bit more and stay there or at fantasy land. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Customer service was horrible! I had to drag my extra cot bed upstairs by myself, as the front desk lady was too lazy to bring it up for me! also I requested the extra bed months ago when I booked the hotel, should of have been in the room for me already! I had to ask 4 times before I was given the bed for me to drag upstairs! She doesn’t know how to greet customers ! For breakfast they had no syrup for the pancakes, a lot of unhappy kids! The entrance and elevator were really dirty! The room had a weird smell to it! The bathroom needs more wiping down of walls and doors, gross, the bed sheets/blankets had a lot of hair stuck to them! I felt gross laying in them! The hotel/rooms definitely look better online!

Property is run down and maintained poorly. Rooms are dirty. Called ahead for joining rooms (as we had 2) - didn’t happen. Also, called ahead and asked for a crib, once we got there we were told the property didn’t have any cribs. No one willing to help out. Would not recommend for anyone with a family to stay here.
