The hotel is not connected to the mall. The advertisement highlights photos of the waterpark which you are not granted access too. Completely false advertising. Not impressed at all.

Clean rooms, nice location. Outside parking can be tight. Could not try underground parking, reasonably priced, but front desk was reluctant to proceed. Overall, A good place. Nice free breakfast

Check in was quick and easy. Very friendly and helpful. Breakfast room was a little small at the time we went so we didn’t stay. Earlier probably would have been better. Overall stay was pleasant. Distance to West Edmonton Mall was perfect and easily accessible by foot.
