The Space:
This two-story house stands out for its contemporary design and layout, perfect for enjoying time with family or friends. It features spacious social areas, a fully equipped kitchen, private pool, garden fire pit, and a living room with a fireplace that invites relaxation. Large windows offer plenty of natural light and scenic views all day long.
Guest Access:
You’ll have full access to all areas of HOP Oasis, including the private pool, living room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, outdoor fire pit, and free private parking. Guests also enjoy access to all shared spaces within the gated community and its direct beach access.
The Neighborhood:
The house is located in the exclusive Playa del Carmen gated community, with 24/7 security, direct beach access, and several shared amenities including lagoons, a clubhouse, sports courts, and a children’s play area. The community is located at kilometer 204 of the new Panamericana Sur highway, just 2 hours from Lima and near destinations like Chincha, Pisco, and the Paracas National Reserve. At the entrance, you’ll find a PRIMAX gas station with a minimarket and restaurant. Shopping centers, banks, and supermarkets are just a short drive away.
