There's no privacy. The door to your room faces a courtyard and your room has a a glass door with office blinds. They were broken. So people can see into your room. There were bare foot prints on the floor of the last people that stayed there. The front desk clerk charged my twice, even though my reservation was already paid by expidia. It took him 15 min give me my keys.

The property itself was very good. The first night was quite quiet but the second night we got serenaded with loud Spanish singing from 3 am - 4:30 am. The phone in the room did not work so we couldn't contact the office. When we reported it at check out the lady at reception really didn't seem to care. We realize it was out her hands but she could have been a little bit sympathetic.
