Vain rantahotelli Studio-huoneisto Playa Ocotalissa, Guanacaste

Kiinteistövälitys sijaitsee ainutlaatuisella sekoitettu hiekkaranta mustaa vulkaanista hiekkaa ja valkoinen rikki kuoret pieniä kvartsikide, joka pilke auringonvalossa. Rauhallinen ja selkeä lahti osana laajempaa lahden rock vuorovesi-altaat, jossa vauva kaloja suojattu kallioperään ulkoneva mereen, hieno sivusto snorklaukseen ja sukellukseen. Studio ikkunat ja ovet kaikki kasvot rannalle, jotka avautuvat patio ulkoporeallas ja grilli. Polku johtaa rantaan noin 10 metrin päässä. Sukelluskauppa on aivan nurkan takana ja ravintola vain alas rantaan.
Studio koostuu 2 huoneesta, joissa on kattotuuletin ja ilmastointiyksikkö; makuuhuone pariskunnalle, jossa on taulutelevisio, tallelokero, lakanat ja pyyhkeet 2 hengelle, oma kylpyhuone, jossa on kuuma juokseva vesi, ja minikeittiö, jossa on 2 polttimen liesi, jääkaappi, tehosekoitin, mikroaaltouuni, leivänpaahdin, kahvinkeitin, pesuallas, pöytäasetukset 2: lle ja kattilat, pannut ja astiat. Wonderful location! Playa Ocotal is fantastic and we loved a direct boat pickup on the beach for a spectacular motorboat day cruise of the Gulf of Papagayo. We saw Golden Manta Rays, Devil Rays, Dolphin, and snorkeled with Sea Turtles.Dinner next door at Father Rooster’s is excellent.The dipping pool is very nice.

Denese and Hernan were very welcoming and friendly. We enjoyed their private little hideaway. It was a perfect place to relax, the beach was right there and the dipping pool was wonderful! The view is beautiful and there is a wonderful restaurant on the beach within walking distance. The hosts recommended another restaurant in Coco that was amazing and just as Hernan said it had wonderful Sangria! Thanks so much Denese and Hernan! You definitely have a little gem there!

Rental was as described, with a simple but functional kitchen, well-sized bathroom and comfortable bedroom. Air conditioning worked well. Patio area was a comfortable, private garden with many beautiful flowers, plants and birds. The beach is less than 1 minute walk outside the back gate, and a couple of shade tress are right there. The dipping pool was clean and well maintained. There is a shower on the patio to clean up after being on the beach and a clothes line for wet swimwear. The outside steps have rails and are lit by motion sensor light at nite. The neighborhood is gated, with staff at the entry, and parking a short walk from the unit. The host was personable readily available and communicated well with us and were responsive to our needs. We would book again and highly recommend.

We just returned from an amazing two week stay at this studio apartment! The studio was very clean and comfortable but the real beauty of this space is the private patio and dipping pool with direct ocean access and views. The owners, Denese and Hernan, have done an excellent job with the landscaping. It feels like a tropical paradise. I never got tired of looking over the dipping pool and threw the plants to the ocean view. Both sides of the property are fully landscaped so it feels very private from the properties on both sides. As another reviewer noted, the owners live in the unit above the studio with windows looking down but I never felt like they were intruding on the studios space. Ocotal Beach is just outside the properties gate. It’s great for swimming or just floating and has excellent snorkeling when the conditions are right. When the tide is out, there is a natural pool in the rocks that makes it very safe and fun for little ones and people who aren’t comfortable in the open ocean. Locals and vacationers both visit this beach and it has a laid back atmosphere. Thank you Denese and Hernan for creating this beautiful space!

Beautiful beach front

We loved our stay at Ocotol with Denese. The suite was very nice and clean and well equipped. We felt very safe in the gated community. Owners were friendly and helpful. Walking right out to incredible snorkeling was the best part of our trip. It’s important to know that it isn’t totally private. The owners live above be and have windows that looked right down on the pool and outdoor area when you’re outside. It wasn’t a problem, but something to be aware of.

A Peaceful Oceanfront Paradise!

We had a fantastic stay at Denese and Hernan's beautiful hideaway in Playa Ocotal. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel welcome and at home. The property is gorgeous - peaceful, clean, and just steps away from the ocean. It was the perfect place to unwind and enjoy nature's beauty! We needed a rest and relaxation vacation and this is exactly what we got. Many opportunities to be as busy as you like or just chill.Our hosts, Hernan and Denese are friendly, gracious hosts and looked after us well. I recently returned from this beautiful property, after my second two-week stay here. The location is outstanding, especially if you're looking for some peace and tranquility as I was. Beautiful garden steps from the ocean on a cute uncrowded beach. Clear water and rock pools to explore. There's not much to do here other than swim and relax on the beach, or the dipping pool, or the communal pool (just what I was looking for).I can't say enough about the Hosts, Denese and Hernan. They are the reason I came back to this property 2 years in a row. They literally go out of their way to make your comfortable and make your stay fantastic. From cutting an aloe vera plant in the garden for my sunburn, to making me tropical fruit drinks and travel to and from the airport, they really made a single female traveler feel safe, comfortable and welcome.I can't wait to go back there I loved it so much. Great location

It's an older property & the finishes are a bit dated, but clean & a fabulous location. Everything we needed was in the kitchen. The pool, patio & landscaping in the back are wonderful. Lots of flowers & birds, great spot to enjoy breakfast. At low tide, the tide pools down at the beach are amazing. Good, convenient meals at Father Rooster's next door. Denese met us out on the street when we drove up.

Wonderful stay!

This place is a hidden gem- right on a beautiful beach, surrounded by nature, in a great location. Just far enough away from downtown (about a 10min drive) that you feel immersed in nature, but close enough for convince. Dense was a wonderful host, and her apartment was very clean and cute. I manged to burn myself the very first day, and dense was kind enough to offer me her aloe plants thay were in her garden. 10/10 would recommend!!

Excellent hosts and excellent property

My wife and I couldn’t have been happier with our stay here. The hosts are kind and friendly and made several excellent recommendations for things to do in Ocotal and even helped us map out a route to our next destination. The apartment and property were clean and comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed to make some meals. We spent our evenings in the dipping pool. The beach is about 50 feet from the entrance to the apartment. The bay is beautiful and we saw dolphins near the shore on consecutive mornings. Will definitely stay here again!

great place right on the beach, dipping pool was great. we had everything to prepare meals and grilled twice while staying. the hosts were a wealth of knowledge on the area, but we never felt intruded upon. The bay was beautiful and beach was very nice, not too much foot traffic.

Really is Right on the Beach!

Location, location, location! This rental is on a somewhat private beach just steps from the gate of the rental. Felt so safe on this beach even at night. Plenty of shade from trees on the beach. Denese even provided 2 beach chairs, 2 beach towels, and a small cooler...perfect! The interior is modest but very clean and cheerful with everything you need. The dipping pool was very nice. The only thing they could add would be mood lights around it. We loved our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone. It was a great deal and amazing!

Very Nice Spot

No problems. Right on the beach and yard/patio is essentially private due to separation from the neighbors on both sides with high flowering shrubbery. Beach not crowded even on weekends. Could use a new toaster

Hidden Gem

On our way in we were concerned due to traffic and narrow roads. Once we arrived, the host greeted us and welcome us. It was a perfect little gem. Location was amazing. Lots of shade, backyard BEACH, and pool. My husband and I truly enjoyed the place. Host had everything, pots, plates, cups. Thank you Denise and Hernan! Hopefully we see you again real soon!
