No cooking with pungent foods like garlic, fish, spices, etc. this could result in an additional cleaning fee. Do not leave perishable items.
We can only flush toilet papers down the toilet. There is a $250 emergency plumbing fee if we do. No touching the pool equipment.
Also any excessive messes left (bodily fluids, stained carpet/rugs, ruined toilets) could result in fees and/or additional cleaning fees. No parties
