Elberta Bluffs Cottage

A home set in Elberta Bluffs. Built in 2012. Sleeps 16 people. A five minute drive around the bay to Frankfort, home of the sugar sand beach. Sit on the deck and relax or go out for a bike ride. Renting our home gives you the freedom to explore Northwest Michigan.
We are 17 miles from Crystal Mountain, 13.7 miles from Arcadia Bluffs Golf Course , 24 Miles from Sleeping Bear Dunes and 40 Miles from Traverse City.
We are NOT on the Lake. Lake Michigan (Elberta and Frankfort beach) are about 5 minutes by car.
While our home is new construction, it was built in an older neighborhood.
Allergen free property, pets not permitted.
Two bedrooms with doors on the main floor. Bedroom 1 has queen size bunk beds. Bedroom 2 has full size bunk beds.
Lower level has 2 sets of queen size bunk beds, a set of single bunk beds, and full size pullout couch.
Full bathroom on the main floor with Jacuzzi tub/shower.
Full bathroom lower level with shower.
Hardwood floors through out.
Large kitchen and living space. Lots of windows to view the bluff.
Large deck and gas grill.
You will have access to the entire home.

There is a hard copy house manual in the cottage.
The kitchen is complete with everything you need to prepare and serve meals. Pots, pans, baking sheets, utensils, toaster, griddle, coffee maker, Keurig, plates, bowels, etc.
Folding chairs along with two 6ft. tables and one 4ft. table are available to seat more people for meals or playing games.
Washer/dryer.
Dishwasher.
Iron.
Blow Dryer.
Shampoo and Conditioner is provided in both bathrooms, as well as body wash.
Lots of board games and a variety of DVD's.
Wifi.

Overall a quiet neighborhood with older homes. We are the only "new" construction home.
Park/playground within walking or biking distance.
Bike/walking paved trail near the house.
Life Saving Station is within walking distance. (Popular wedding reception venue)
5 cars can park in the driveway. 5 is the maximum amount of cars allowed at the property.
Parking is not permitted on the street.
Refrain from using neighbors driveways to turn around. They do not like this and I will hear about it.
Pillows, sheets and blankets are provided.
If your intention is to use paper products, please plan to bring these items.
Bring all items needed for the beach. (chairs, sand toys, towels, umbrella, etc.) My chairs and beach items are not for renter use.
You may use my chairs on my property.
