Living Areas



The great room welcomes you with cathedral ceilings, exposed wood beams, and a wall of windows that invite the outdoors in. A smart TV is available when you're ready to wind down, but the magic here is in the mood: tranquil, welcoming, and steeped in natural beauty.







Kitchen/Dining Areas



The gourmet kitchen is as functional as it is beautiful, equipped with state-of-the-art appliances, cookware, utensils, wine glasses, dishware, blender, toaster, and even a Keurig—bring your favorite pods. Whether you’re preparing a hearty breakfast before a day of hiking or sipping wine while prepping a charcuterie board, this space makes every culinary moment feel effortless and inspired.



Share meals around the handcrafted wood dining table, a gathering place where laughter flows as freely as the wine. Surrounded by windows, it’s the perfect spot to linger over dinner while taking in the view—or step just outside to the screened-in porch for dinner under the soft glow of string lights and the soothing sound of the creek.







Bedrooms/Baths



The cabin offers two serene sleeping spaces, both located on the main level. The primary suite features a king-sized bed, luxurious linens, and an en-suite bath with a walk-in shower and upscale finishes, making every morning feel like a spa day. The second bedroom features a queen bed and is conveniently located just steps from a full bathroom, allowing guests to spread out and unwind with ease.



Thoughtful touches—like high-quality mattresses, ambient lighting, and peaceful forest views—make each room feel like a personal sanctuary. After a full day exploring North Georgia, you’ll love drifting off to sleep surrounded by the quiet hush of the woods.







Outdoor Amenities



Your favorite memories may come from time spent outdoors. Start your morning with a stroll along the 1-mile private walking trail, where birdsong and sunshine set the tone for the day. In the evenings, gather around the fire pit with four Adirondack chairs, where s’mores and stories come to life under the open sky.



The screened-in porch is a retreat of its own—soak in the private hot tub as the creek murmurs nearby, then enjoy a meal at the outdoor dining table without ever leaving the comfort of the covered space. A charcoal grill is available for backyard cookouts, and the scent of pine and the rhythm of the creek complete the sensory experience.



 



Mountaintown Chalet is a beautifully decorated 2-bedroom, 2 bathroom cabin that sleeps up to four (4) people and offers the following:



King Bedroom on MAIN, private bath, and 32" flat-screen TV 

Queen bedroom on the MAIN level, 32" flat-screen TV

Fully stocked kitchen with updated stainless steel appliances

The living room has a gas-burning fireplace (only active Oct. 1st - Apr. 1st), a 55" flat-screen TV

Fully equipped kitchen: Refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, glassware, utensils, cutlery, pots, and pans. Linens for each bed, two bath towels, 1 hand towel, and one washcloth per person listed on the guest list. A dresser or a closet for clothing storage. Central heat and air, washer/dryer, vacuum,/broom and dustpan, mop, and internet. In addition, we provide complimentary start-up supplies of: Toilet Tissue (1 roll per bathroom), one roll of paper towels, four kitchen garbage bags, dishwasher detergent, dishwashing liquid, and laundry detergent for at least two loads. Many of our cabins include more than this basic list of inventory items. The only items you'll need to bring will be food, beverages, and condiments.







Required Fees include a $125.00 Cleaning fee, a $65 Damage Protection Waiver, a processing fee, a guest service fee, and a 15% lodging tax
