I like the size of the room and the bed. The staff were friendly, but the cleaning could’ve been better. Some water stains on toilet and bath tub. The mirror had some marks that couldn’t be removed. Overall it was a nice place, with views of the surrounding mountains, and a small convenient breakfast that they did say was grab and go. Not hot offerings, but good enough

Horribly outdated

Room was horribly dated. Bathroom was sub-basic. Looks like something out of the 1980's. Had to shower both nights in the afternoon because hot water was used up in the morning. I have no idea how this location had such a high score on Hotels.com. Check in staff was very nice.

Unpleasant Stay – Strong Odors and Poor Cleanlines

Very disappointed with our stay. We had 4 rooms for one night and all had serious cleanliness issues. One room smelled so bad my father couldn’t sleep in it and had to move to another room’s sofa. Another had stained towels, a foul odor from the heater, and another had insects blood on the blanket and dust everywhere. Our room had spider webs and we even saw a spider in the shower. Definitely not the quality we expected. Staff acknowledged the problems and told us to request a refund through Hotels.com.

It is a truly good value stay. There is a good outdoor pool. Room is big and clean. Staffs are friendly. Breakfast has cereal, bars, yogurt, coffee and juice. Right next to Walmart and Aldi so easy shopping. We visited the glass museum which is five min away which is awesome. The room is little outdated but it does not impact the overall experience

Based on the reviews, I had some doubts when booking this hotel. But everything turned out great. The front desk staff were very friendly and kind. The room was very spacious. The air conditioning worked perfectly. Yes, the room was a bit outdated, but there was nothing wrong with that. I travel alone, and feeling safe is really important to me — and that’s exactly how I felt the entire time I was there. I’ll definitely stay there again.

I had an amazing stay at Americas Best Value Inn in Painted Post. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location is great—with a Walmart and a nice plaza right next door, which was super convenient. It’s a great spot for families, especially with the outdoor pool. The only minor issue was a few mosquitoes in the room, but that’s more of a seasonal thing than a fault of the hotel. Overall, a great experience!

Good place to stay. We’ll stay here again.

The check in was quick & easy. Was able to park at the door to the room. The room was large & the beds were very comfortable & lots of cable channels on the TV. It’s good to have use of the microwave oven & bar fridge in the room. After driving for 6 hours, I was stiff. I went to the swimming pool & swam leisurely & my muscles loosened up.

The staff was nice, and the pool area was well capped, but the rooms are dingy and have an awful smell. There were towels in my bathroom, hung on the rack that were dirty from prior use with another person’s face makeup on them. Wouldn’t stay here again.
