Floor #0: Large L-shaped Game Room with a Pool Table and a Foosball Table. Separate Bedroom #1 with Queen Bed. One Shared Full Bath. Opens to Deck with Picnic Table, Park-style Charcoal Grill, and an Outdoor Shower.

Floor #1: Oceanfront Bedroom #2 has a Queen Bed, a Sliding Glass Door, and a Covered Deck. Oceanfront Bedroom #3 has a Queen Bed, a Sliding Glass Door, and a Covered Deck. Bedroom #4 has two Twin Bunk Sets in the same room. There are 2 Full Baths on this Level.

Floor #2: Living Area with a 37" Flat screen HDTV, Dining Area and large Kitchen Area, a dishwasher, and a microwave. Oceanfront decks. There is one Half Bath on this level. High Chair and Porta-crib. [new] Washer/Dryer.

Up to 2 Dogs Allowed with $125 + tax Pet Fee per dog. It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.

Rents Weekly Saturday-Saturday. Rents Nightly with a 2 night minimum stay in advance during Off Season, last minute during In Season.

(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO. The card provided at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
