This is the perfect location to relax on the beach or venture out on the bike paths that lead to quaint boutiques for shopping, local restaurants, live entertainment, water parks, go carts, mini golf, breweries, and grocery stores. Enjoy the well manicured, expansive grounds with lush vegetation and palm trees as you listen to the waves on the screened in porch. The evenings provide a peaceful breeze with lighted tennis courts and live entertainment nearby.

The condo is updated with a fully equipped kitchen and dining area to enjoy a family meal. There is a king sized bed in the large master bedroom with an ensuite full bathroom.
