Hang, or wash/dry, wet towels. No wild parties. Tell me about your pets' character in advance. Don't put grills against the house.
I can no longer accept pets other than assistance dogs. Assistance dogs must be tick and flee free.
The green garbage bags under the sink are pre-paid for early Tuesday morning trash pickup. The bags can't go out Monday night due to the critters.
