In the heart of the home you will find the open plan living. The kitchen comes fully equipped with stylish crockery, glassware, cutlery and every appliance you can think of, from a Breville coffee machine through to a bread maker and everything in between.
Enjoy effortless cooking with front row seats to spectacular sunsets in this lush kitchen which has enough bench room to cater for an entire army.
A comfortable lounge area adjacent to the kitchen with a combustion heater, low line couches inviting you to enjoy relaxing evenings either watching the Oceanic world go by, or watching all the sports and movies you desire on the large smart flat screen TV.
Large floor to ceiling sliding doors open out to the extensive deck, making a seamless transition to alfresco living. This gorgeous area comes complete with a large dining table, and Weber bbq facilities.
The large open plan set up of the home allows family, friends and children to socialise and commune, but also to have their own space. The seamless indoor/outdoor flow offers for an easy connect for outdoor dining and easy supervision of the children.
In the surrounds enjoy the tranquillity, that is when the soft flutter of native bird life is scarce, and the gentle sound of waves in the near distance settles.
Enjoy the wildlife including penguins, kangaroos, wallabies, echidnas and gorgeous dolphins that can be seen close to shore most days.
