Your Property
The inside features an open floor plan and a beautiful kitchen with custom cabinets. Take advantage of the California sun while splashing in the pool or relaxing in the hot-tub. The backyard also features a BBQ grill, a putting green, and much more.

Located in the heart of Encinitas, this home places you minutes from some of the best beaches, restaurants, coffee shops, and coastal experiences in North County San Diego. Encinitas is known for its laid-back surf culture, walkable downtown along historic Coast Highway 101, and beautiful ocean views.

Whether you're here for beach days, great food, or exploring the coast, everything you need is just a short drive away.

For kids safety we have a Bcone alarm system in pool and door sensors. (both will be in off positions and need to be turned on by guests). Please note that although we have these safety features, we still require kids to always have adult supervision.

Guests have full access to the entire home.

We are available at anytime should you need anything during your stay.

Please read carefully before booking. By confirming your reservation, you agree to all house rules below.

Note: Pool heating is optional and pricing details are listed at the bottom of these rules.

Safety & Liability

Your safety is important to us.

• By accepting this reservation, guests agree to hold the property owner harmless for any accidents or injuries that occur on the property, including those involving the pool, spa, or outdoor fireplace.
• Children must never be left unattended in or around the pool or hot tub. Adult supervision is required at all times.
• No jumping off the hot tub.

Neighborhood & Quiet Hours

This home is located in a family-friendly residential neighborhood, and respecting our neighbors is extremely important.

• Quiet hours: 9:00 PM – 8:00 AM
• No guests outside after 11:00 PM
• No outdoor music at any time


Failure to follow noise rules may result in fines or early termination of the stay.

Booking & Guest Limits

• The person making the reservation must be 25 years or older

• Maximum 10 adults

• Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property

• No parties or events allowed at any time

• Maximum of 4 vehicles on the property( 2 driveway & 2 street)


No Pets Policy

We do not allow pets, including service or emotional support animals, due to severe allergies. We are unable to make exceptions.

No Smoking

This is a smoke-free property, including outdoor areas.

• No cigarettes
• No vaping
• No marijuana use

Evidence of smoking will result in additional cleaning fees.

Garage
• Please do not open the garage doors

Game Room Rules

• Arcade games may take a few minutes to load when turned on
• Please be gentle with all equipment
• No food or drinks near machines
• While we maintain games every 3 months, we cannot guarantee all arcade games will be operational at all times
• We will repair issues as quickly as possible if something stops working

Pool & Spa Guidelines

• The hot tub is available at no additional charge
• The hot tub heater must be turned off after each use and overnight
• The pool and spa cannot be heated at the same time
• We heat the pool first, then guests may turn the spa on/off as needed
• Please DO NOT touch any pool equipment outside — tampering can disable the system

• Debris may occasionally appear due to weather
The pool vacuum will remove it automatically, or you may use the skimmer if desired

Pool Vacuum (Important)

• The pool vacuum must remain in the pool at all times
• Do not remove or disconnect the vacuum or hose
• Removing it can damage the pool equipment
• If it becomes disconnected, fully submerge it underwater to remove air bubbles before reconnecting

If damage occurs, repairs may not be possible during your stay.

Pool Heating (Optional)

Pool heating requires a 3 consecutive day minimum and must be requested prior to your stay.

Daily Pool Heating Rates:

October & March: $150 per day

November – February: $195 per day

April – May: $125 per day

June & September: $100 per day

July & August: $75 per day
(Pool temperatures are typically warm in summer and often do not require heating.)

Additional Notes:
• Pool will not be heated above 85°F
• Water temperature may vary due to weather conditions
• Special heating requests may be possible at a higher rate
• Tampering with pool heat or accidentally turning it on will result in a $150 per day fee

There are a few days of the year that we don’t allow check -ins and check- outs. These specific dates are designated as pass through days.
