Outdoors, relax in your exclusive-use swimming pool area, with plush lounge chairs, a 5-burner BBQ, and a cozy dining setup—ideal for al fresco meals and lazy afternoons.

Pets are welcome, and there’s a lovely park nearby for walks. Just let us know in advance (✔"I am traveling with pets) when booking.

Guest Access & House Rules

Guests enter through a secure, private gate at the rear of the main residence. A lockbox provides key access. The pool and BBQ area are for Leucadia Beach Grotto guests only. For everyone's comfort, quiet hours begin at 10 PM. We also ask guests to be mindful of and care for the lush plants and flowers around the property is staying 3+ days.

Please Note:

• All pets must be registered at the time of booking

• The guest count must match the reservation due to city and insurance regulations

• Outside visitors (even if not staying overnight) should be disclosed at booking

• City Rental License: RNTL-013573-2020
