The second you walk into this property, you will feel like you have stepped into a rainforest. This home is a short walk to two of Leucadia's most popular beaches, and is situated so that you feel like you have left California and are living somewhere in a tropical rainforest. The lovely 1150 sf home has an authentic and serene feel to it, and is perfect for your next staycation. Available for 7 nights minimum . Come enjoy the beach in a wonderful, unique setting.

This property is located on Neptune Avenue, between Stone Steps Beach and Beacons Beach in Leucadia. The owner is an artist, and the home is filled with beautiful and colorful artwork. Saltillo tile flooring with colorful countertop tile will greet you when you enter. There is a full kitchen that includes an island with barstools. The kitchen is well-equipped for creating lots of great meals. The spacious Great Room includes a comfortable seating area, freestanding fireplace, large skylight, TV and dining area. Large windows frame the view, looking out onto a spacious wrap-around deck with outdoor furniture to relax in, and a jungle of bamboo, eucalyptus trees and bouganvilla to enjoy. This property is perfect for a staycation for 2 people. You will not want it to end.

This property is part of a four-plex and is the owner's unit. It is at street level, but there are still a few stairs you will need to take to reach it. There is one designated parking space in front of the property. The pathway to the unit is shared with the other units.

Very nice stay

Cute and secluded one bedroom unit in a 4 unit building located on a quiet one way street. Very nicely appointed with full, well stocked kitchen. Very comfortable.Closest beach access is about 1/4 mile away.Only issue was parking related which was resolved with a very response property manager who was nice enough to compensate us for the inconvenience.

Great getaway

We really enjoyed our stay! There was a storm for a few days and this was a great place to hunker down and listen to the rain outside. Once things cleared up we enjoyed walking around the neighborhood. You really feel like you're in a remote, secluded location when you're inside surrounded by trees, but you're actually right in a great part of town. The pictures give a great impression of what the unit is like - feels a bit more like staying at an interesting friend's house than your typical rental. Main area is very spacious and cozy. We had a few questions and the host was super prompt and helpful in responding - excellent communication that put our minds at ease and helped us relax completely.
