Holiday home Moulin de Souchières is set in a peaceful countryside location in Entraigues sur la Sorgue, between Avignon and Carpentras.
Ideal starting point to discover Provence, the Moulin can accommodate up to 10 adults and 5 children in 4 family suites (for 2 to 4 people) and 1 double room. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and have private bathrooms. Le Moulin with a living surface of +/- 280 m², set in 6,000 m² of grounds, including 1,000 m² enclosed garden in front of the house and 4,000 m² around the heated, fenced swimming pool.
The Moulin de Souchières is a haven of peace in the countryside of Entraigues sur la Sorgue, between Avignon and Carpentras, ideal start to discover Provence. The house can accommodate up to 10 adults and 5 children in 4 family suites (for 2 to 4 people) and 1 double room. All 5 main bedrooms are air-conditioned and have private bathrooms. In front of the terrace children can play safely in the 1000 m² enclosed garden. From early April to late October, you can enjoy the large heated swimming pool (13 m x 5 m) and the 4000 m² land around the pool with boules pitch.

Dining room with large table and 18 chairs. WC.
Kitchen with gas stove with 5 gas rings, 1 gas oven and 1 electric oven, 1 microwave oven, 2 large fridges, 1 freezer, 2 dishwashers, 1 washing machine.
The house has 5 main bedrooms from which 4 are family suites (particularly suitable for families with young children) + 1 traditional double bedroom to accommodate a maximum of 10 adults (5 couples) and 5 children.

On the first floor:
Family Suite 1 (air-conditioned): Parents' bedroom with a four-poster double bed (140 cm wide), a separate bedroom with bunk beds for 2 children (2 x 90cm x 185cm) and a bathroom with bath (with shower), double washbasins, WC.
Bedroom 2 (air-conditioned): Bedroom with double bed in 160 cm wide (can be split into 2 single beds) and its bathroom with shower, single washbasin, WC.
Family suite 2 (air-conditioned) : Parents' bedroom with double bed (160 cm wide), adjoining but separated by a door a small children's bedroom with 2 beds for 1 - 2 children (2 beds 80 cm x 180 cm) and a bathroom with shower, single washbasin, WC. The bathroom is accessed via the children's bedroom.

2nd floor:
Family suite 3 (air-conditioned): Parents' bedroom with a 160 cm wide double bed (can be split into 2 single beds), adjoining but separated by a door a small children's bedroom with a sofa bed (190 cm x 90 cm suitable for 1 child) and a bathroom with shower, single washbasin, WC. Access to the bathroom is via the children's bedroom.
Family Suite 4 (air-conditioned) : Parents' bedroom with a 160 cm wide double bed, adjoining but separated by a door a small children's bedroom for 1 - 2 children (one 80 cm x 180 cm bed and one 175 cm x 165 cm bed) and a bathroom with bath (with shower), single washbasin, WC. The bathroom is accessed via the children's bedroom.

Outdoor facilities :
Heated 13 m x 5 m swimming pool, open and heated from early April to late October (heat pump) with pool house, shower, WC, arbour, sun loungers. Fully fenced in accordance with current standards.
Petanque court 15 m x 4 m.
Table tennis and football table under cover.
Large shaded terrace under the arbour with wrought iron garden furniture.
Parking for 5 cars, electric gate with digicode.

The owners live discreetly on site in a separate, detached house on the property. The garden and swimming pool are reserved exclusively for the holidaymakers.
