The staff was kind, the hotel overall clean. The bed SO HARD I couldn’t even sleep and I am not the picky type. Also the pool was FREEZING cold.

The beds are hard as rocks. My back and hips hurt so bad I feel like throwing up. The pillows are flat and uncomfortable. I have layed pillows on top of the mattress to see if I can make it softer. That’s not helping. I have felt like this once before in a hotel years ago. I feel like this night may never end. And a $250 charge on your credit card in case of damages. That’s quite ridiculous. Our newly married grandchildren used their debit card and the $250 charge will not come off for 14 days. That makes it very difficult for a young couple.

Overpriced, but okay for a night.

For the price point, I expected a little more. We were left disposable plastic cups in the room, all the breakfast food was overcooked (ham,eggs, sausage) except for the waffles you cook yourself, and the beds weren't comfortable. Overall, it was fine, but I've paid less for a better quality stay. Wasn't bad, but wasn't great.
